    Hell @SkyUK You have this morning debited my bank for a full month’s subscription despite my having changed broadband and phone service to another provider on 4/4/20 I didn’t cancel the direct debit because you told me not to. Please can you contact me about refunding the money.

    @SkyHelpTeam That doesn't help. There is no where on there to raise a query to remove products that the price has increased within my contract. The phone number given has a 30 minute plus waiting time.

    @SkyUK why is it so hard to cancel a contract… phone call 1 - randomly goes dead. No phone call back. Phone call 2 - tried to resell the package, then say you’re putting me through to cancellation team. I’ve been on hold for 22 mins. This is ridiculous.
