  @SkyHelpTeam Hi. We’re having some serious problems with our Glass TV and honestly am about to give up on it. Every time we connect a HDMI cable, it says there is no connection, even though there is. Skips live TV, Turns itself on even though we’ve turned off settings that 1/2

  @SkyHelpTeam We've been through all this w sky. You need to finish installation.... no one has installed anything. @OpenreachHelp said they did to sky. They didn't. Its weird. You're charging us for a service we are not receiving. Does no one understand? simple: installer lied, didn't do job.

  @SkyHelpTeam It says "faulty line". We've called. Each time the person states we have service. Then they "investigate". Then they say its a "faulty line" (there's been no install done at all). Then they say someone will call us that day to rectify this n schedule installatio. They never do.

  @SkyHelpTeam I've spoken to someone on the phone who said there seems to be an outage in my area (according to openreach), but when looking on BT's site myself, there doesn't appear to be any reported outages showing at the moment. Could you check for any outages too?

  @Stevie89355577 @SkySports Right So do you know somebody else that had covid and wernt bad for only 2 days? I had it and was bad for 6/7 and still struggle with my chest 2/3 weeks on Everyone’s different.
