And with this kind of a trading model at the core of what the ownership wants to do, we will end up with more Liam type of coaches. Change at the very top is required plus a humble acceptance that this model has never worked and will never ever work at all.

They don’t give a toss about existing customers. Every renewal is a fight & their offshore teams are useless.
