@SkyUK thanks a lot , only had sky installed last month & received a letter today telling me its going up £6 !! If i had known this i wouldn’t have changed from my previous supplier !! Am i correct in thinking im now out of the cooling off period so i cant cancel !!

@SkyHelpTeam How do I raise a complaint to sky. Since upgrading to skyq I’ve had nothing but issues from faulty to boxes to an ongoing issue since January where the two mini boxes lose access to Chanel. I’m getting nowhere and having to call every single month. It’s a joke!!!
