Don’t know why I have sky anymore, at the same time everyday around 4am both boxes stop working and then the mini skyQ box won’t connect to the main box. It says connected to network too. Tried all the online help and nothing is happening 😩 @SkyUK

Thanks @SkyHelpTeam for wasting an hour of my life for nothing. I was called months back asking how happy I was with my services and if I want to and insurance for any of my smart devices. I said no - on the call I made the agent aware that my Internet signal is shocking.

@SkyHelpTeam That's it, it says there's a local issue (reported on 15th Dec, ie. next week?!) but not what the issue is or when it might be fixed. My landline has also been down since early last week - I live with my 75-year-old mother and if I'm out that's her only method of contact

@SkyUK and the award for worst customer service goes to Sky. Absolute shambles of a company. Allow people to cancel your services twice and yet expect me to waste hours on phone to get no answer or passed from person to person. Shambles!!! 🤬🤬🤬

@SkyHelpTeam I’m still struggling, can you provide a direct number for the technical team, as having issues with my main box as well as multi room box and it’s been like this for over a week! Paying for something I can’t use and the service to get through is horrendous

@SkyHelpTeam Do you know I freely feel quite annoyed I’ve been a sky customer for over 23 years, I have a sky HD plus box, I’m sure my subscriptions got to where you are now, you’re giving away loads of stuff for sky Q customers i.e. discovery plus what do we get your loyal cust.

@SkyHelpTeam Every time I get to the end, it takes me back to the beginning and provides no number. I have gone through it multiple times. Issues with my broadband connection. Very slow when on a video call, so much so I can’t take calls any more

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK absolutely horrified at the so called service On the phone from Sky regarding my broadband. Cant raise a complaint, cant update me on my new hub, cant give me any complaints timescales or anything. Can someone at sky please contact me #sky #ofcom #Ombudsman
