    @SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyUK It’s ridiculous, I have an issue with my hub I cannot speak to a person I’ve gone through all the tests online and the link and that’s it brick wall up,as soon as I can leave sky I will do!

    @SkyHelpTeam really getting fed up with your crappy internet. Signal strength excellent download speed poor all other devices disconnected from the internet but can’t watch a film I bought from you on the sky store via my @NOWTV box. Gonna have to change broadband providers

    @SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    @SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

    So I pay monthly for @SkySports to watch football. But you've decided to thats not good enough and elevated #ARSLEI to "Box Office" and £15 absolute liberty. Using the pandemic for slow creep towards pay per view. You can stick it.

    @SkySports @GNev2 Yes but he has loyalty blind spots, cant seem to see that maguire lindelof is a bad partnership, both play better when bailly partners them, plays martial who is very out of form, but i prefer the way weplay under Ole, Mourinho’s teams are awful to watch

    @SkySports no our team simply isn't good enough sadly, the cdm position is filled by 2 players thus it's super hard for bruno to attack and create chances, and our forwards (besides for rashford) are not mature enough to create for each other or finish consistently, it's a team issue

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I had to unplug and reset everything on Saturday for the broadband to reconnect. This morning was random as we woke to no internet but within an hour it reconnected itself. Hence why I’m asking if there is a connection issue with your partnership with BT
