The coming together happens outside the box, Jamie & Freddie made it perfectly clear. Refereering isn't easy but there needs to be more common sense.

Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded.
