When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

@SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

@SkyHelpTeam Good morning. I still can’t activate my replacement SIM card. It will only let me activate my new Sim if I give the pac from my old provider, but I am not new to Sky mobile. I now can’t use either Sim to can’t call Sky for help.

@MMMValeting @SkySportsRL @SkySports TV networks are not a charity. They pay what they think is the market rate. Blame super League for not creating a product that has multiple networks bidding. You better believe if sky walk away one day the rights fees will be even lower from another network.
