@SkyHelpTeam Hi there, I’ve noticed my WiFi has really slowed down over the last month or so –and I mean REALLY slowed down. It can no longer cope effectively with more than one device connected and I keep having to turn my WiFi on my iPhone off to refresh it. Help please.

@SkyHelpTeam Nope came back eventually but your self help tool is terrible and doesn't actually diagnose any faults which is clear because the router showed dsl down no ip address and couldn't ping or trace route. You need to look at that especially if you tell customers that it's useful

@martinboon @barnett_steve @SkyHelpTeam WiFi dropping in and out, upload speed (when it does work) 964.2 Kbps. Trouble shooted with WiFi team and no resolution. Refusing to send engineers out, gave me £4 off my bill.. shambles.
