Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

Meanwhile they also cannot seem to figure out their HDR10+ encoding, so I watched the SkySports feed (on AppleTV) instead of their broadcast and was quite happy. Well, other than being disappointed they ran the feed in a much lower resolution than their main broadcast.
