    I am so sorry, but I am about to have a rant. All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! I pay enough to @SkyUK As it is!

    @SkyHelpTeam Do you believe that's an exceptable answer? That I have to chase a service I pay for to find out if your fixing your issue, is this problem being fixed currently? If so what Is the approximate time frame?Also will my bill reflect the downtime this provider had given me?

    @SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

    @SkyUK terrible customer service. Viewing card cancelled and replacement supposed to be expedited but still hasn’t arrived despite being assured it would. I pay so much and have had no tv since Thursday. This is the last straw!

    Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

    @ParamountPlusUK @SkyUK so further to earlier tweet it’s now appearing on SkyQ box but still not working eg Halo doesn’t (goes to above error) but Star Trek Discovery does. But can someone explain why only episodes 2, 3, 4, 8 & 9 of series 4 of Star Trek Discovery are there?

It is telling us that our @ParamountPlusUK account is now "active" and to sign in but then telling us our sign in details "aren't valid" when we try. There is clearly a different issue here. Can you please advise •correctly•!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Becca, I appreciate the engagement but this is a construct designed for selling things. It's not a customer service feature. I confirm my identity by logging on, and surely my adding to the subscription is legally the same as removing?
