I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

All morning I've been having really bad wifi connection with my Sky Broadband during my work morning and I'm having to do all my work calls on my mobile phone instead. It's rubbish! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky
