The coming together happens outside the box, Jamie & Freddie made it perfectly clear. Refereering isn't easy but there needs to be more common sense.

Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).
