    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @SkyUK please review the case with my name on it. Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Very poor!

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

    @SkyHelpTeam please explain why my new sky internet has stopped working less than a week after being installed. All I get of your customer service is sorry and refusing to send anyone out to look. Not impressed and seriously thinking of leaving after years. #sky

    This isn't a suck up to the BBC, but the slower more rigourous fact checking that they do is what the world's most expensive game deserves. Yes, sometimes it's very slow, sometimes SkySports are first to the party, but there's countless times that they've abused this influence.

    @BrantonSpencer @FA @SkySportsPL @SkySports dont really help the situation. Said it 100 times... slow everything down and it all looks like a red or a foul. It's not real use of VAR. But us grassroots refs are not getting help, players have no respect but this issue runs deeper than just football...

    @SpeedwayEuro Time to find a more reliable TV partner to showcase your events as @Eurosport seem to treat it with contempt as on more than one occasion they have cut in late and missed races. @SkySports or @btsport would be a better partner. #LetsMakeSpeedway

    So @SkyUK broadband just goes down in the middle of the day… nice! That reminds me though, I’m out of contract, think I might need to talk to @virginmedia or @VodafoneUK to see what offers are out there…

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve always been able to do this if you unsynced your remote you could use volume and power button problem is the back button trying to go backwards on q puts you back to source menu on glass

    @SkyHelpTeam Tried all them options jillian, trust me, I'm wasting my time, It won't even let me email sky. Only in writing, that takes 5 days. Chat won't respond and telephone kept waiting for hours on a premium number. Let's face it. Sky are making it impossible to cancel.
