@SkyHelpTeam but then didn’t. It comes back it disappears. The call centre is saying everyone must call in but can’t get through. Clearly a wider issue although your online checks that we have to do say not. Can you investigate please?

@SkyHelpTeam A large number of customers in the SE23 area are having significant issues with broadband (as demonstrated by the comments on our forum)- of the one who managed to actually speak to someone they were told an open reach engineer come out to check the local box 1/2

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

@SkyUK is absolutely awful. First and last ever time I use them. We’ve been waiting to get our Wi-Fi fitted since 29 December, the engineer comes out today and the work which was meant to be done hasn’t been. I’m unable to work from home in my property because of this!
