    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    I am so disappointed with @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK who have broken GDPR rules, completely messed up my phone account and every time I call I’m told there is nothing that can be done..

    Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

    @SkyHelpTeam That someone would have to come out. The issue is that intermittent, for years, that I have lived with having to reset my router/reconnect the box every time it decides on a whim to lose connection. Absolutely nothing else in our house has this issue.

    @SkyHelpTeam I need urgent help with my broadband, it says it will be cancelled tomorrow however I called to say I don't want this to happen. They said it wouldn't however it still shows on the app that the order is I progress??

    @SkyHelpTeam Apparently it had been applied on the 8th Feb but nothing had been actioned. He then said he would cancel it immediately (which he didn’t) as called back and it was still active and no notes left since 8th Feb.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. I am having some issues with my Sky box. Not just mine but my mums too. The sound output is too low. This is very low in comparison with sound output for Netflix and PS3. Any solutions for this?
