How the hell do you contact @Sky @SkyUK as a current customer? They never answer the phone and even an e/mail is bounced back. Only solution is to get ‘legal advice’ am guessing.

@SkyHelpTeam hi my broadband has been awful all day! I’ve done the usual steps turning off and in again, unplugging wires and plugging back in, i use a micro filter, I’ve tried changing the wireless channel, I tried doing your diagnostic tests but that’s down, and your website

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you but as I said she has no landline to use as the cable will not fit so no Internet or calls over WiFi available. Don't like the idea of an 87 year old mum with no landline. I will have to go home and try and arrange it from there. Just hope you can help quickly.
