When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

@SkyHelpTeam The app keeps throwing up error 001, I’ve searched and found the supposed fix of uninstalling, deleting app roaming data and reinstalling but keep getting the same error. Seems to be lots of threads on forums with others having the same issue.
