    @SkyHelpTeam That they would (for the fifth time) escalate my lack of receipt of my incentive from MARCH, and that my activation and installations were set for Monday and Tuesday. I did AT no point express a desire to terminate - I’m taking Sky with me (at least I was hoping to before this).

    @SkyUK house move.... TV engineer 8-5 call out, arrived at 4.30pm with no contact all day to confirm the time, helpful! Internet should have gone live yesterday any time until midnight and nothing after waiting 2 weeks! Terrible service Sky

    @SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

    @SkySports Another example of why VAR doesn't help the game. It's no penalty. Free kick at best. The coming together happens outside the box, Jamie & Freddie made it perfectly clear. Refereering isn't easy but there needs to be more common sense.

    @SkyUK I have followed every instruction to get Discovery+ and get to a screen that tells you to enter a number into your smart device but neither the discovery+ nor the Sky app gives me anywhere to enter this number. Please help

    @SkyUK It’s ridiculous, I have an issue with my hub I cannot speak to a person I’ve gone through all the tests online and the link and that’s it brick wall up,as soon as I can leave sky I will do!

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. It’s booked. If you’re going to charge me termination fees when I’m not terminating, I may as well cancel the 18 month contract I’ve agreed to installation for and take my custom to a company that knows what it’s doing.

    @nataliesawyer @SkyHelpTeam Been absolutely diabolical the past week.. My broadband has given up altogether going from superfast to 8..sky have eventually admitted there's no problem at the property and theres and outside fault and could take upto a week to fix.... Not happy at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried reinstalling before and it’s the same. It doesn’t happen on all content- seems to occur less on films. I had to stop watching Billions though as it was so bad.

    @SkyHelpTeam No problems there. It seems to be a programming issue with Sky Go. The subtitles are otherwise fine but sentences keep getting cut off mid way through. This has been happening for many months and it renders some things unwatchable for me unfortunately.

    @SkySports Let's be honest...the coverage of the last few majors has been awful. Only showing certain golfers, breaking off for interviews every 5 minutes and shocking 'banter' in the studio! Dedicate as much cash and time as u do to the football and you might get some customers back!

    @SkyHelpTeam You are supposed to respond to emails within 48hrs. It’s now day 6 and I’m still waiting. In fact it’s a day nearer to me leaving Sky after 30 years as a loyal customer.

    @SkyHelpTeam why is it so difficult to find a number to contact sky, I need to cancel a package but not able to do it on line as it says I need to contact sky but it doesn’t say how! Please anyone? A number I can get through on please!
