The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

@SkyUK we have broadband and sky Q with 2 boxes with you. Day doesn’t go by without broadband dropping out and tv freezing or losing signal! Time to look for another provider I think. Service just not good enough!

@SkyHelpTeam I have, but the WiFi is dreadful. We are constantly having to disconnect our phones to the WiFi as it’s awful. Plus our other box that works through WiFi struggles to connect.

@SkyHelpTeam our broadband is constantly playing up and the Amber Voice light comes up on the router. Keep pressing reset but after a while the same issue returns. Any ideas what to do as so far despite having the additional router it’s still terrible compared to BT previously!
