@SkyHelpTeam No B/band since 30th, team say system won’t let them book engineer ‘because it’s an outage’. Know this is resolvable because engineer visited neighbour on 31st - fixed in 5 mins flicking switch on the road.

@SkyUK Is there any chance i can talk to someone that can resolve an issue without palming me off to someone else! Broadband as been playing up for weeks. I’ve had 2 BT engineers out who have said there are no issues externally and this is a sky internal issue!
