    When I’ve have “no satellite signal’ for 3 days now and @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam tells me the next available engineer is the TWENTY THIRD OF MARCH. If I receive a bill for those 4 weeks without TV there’s gonna be a problem 🙃

    @SkyHelpTeam I order on the 9th January, my equipment is due for delivery on the 14th January but I don't move into my flat till the 18th January so there will be no one there to receive it. can I change the delivery day?? I tried phoning customer service but couldn't get through

    Just seems ridiculous that @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK can break GDPR when it suits them and then when a customer actually needs help, it’s completely not allowed and they leave their customers with no choice..

    @SkyUK hi. How do I ask for my signal to be boosted? For a few weeks now the picture on our TV breaks up &says there is no signal on all channels. Today I was dropped out for Zoom 3 times in 90 minutes!!! I check website and it says no issues in my area. Can someone help please?

    The issue has already been reported to Trading Standards and they have been more helpful than @SkyHelpTeam @skyuk and the complaint is now being made to the Omubudsman.

    @SkySports Really - 5 years? If you're serious about stopping it, has to be a life ban - zero exceptions. A time period ban sends the wrong message to the clean athletes - yes the few that are left - it tells them they have to face the cheats again further down the line - not acceptable!

    @steeleyp_ @SkyUK Yeh I know. Even after 23 years with Sky. Equalities: Sky has no idea what this is. Tell them to go into a shop for a loaf and then charge a different price for every customer. Same thing. Nothing is offered to people who stay. Maybe cause you got the special offer like orig post
