    @SkyUK please review the case with my name on it. Unacceptable that a rude and abrupt call handler is refusing to accept that a £26 call made to a Uk house (which is free) on a mobile and made without my knowledge when i no longer lived there should not be refunded. Very poor!

    For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

    @SkyHelpTeam We’ve contacted and spoke to them twice band they just say there are no issues they offer no support or suggestions WiFi isn’t working.... someone must be able to sort this!

But us grassroots refs are not getting help, players have no respect but this issue runs deeper than just football...

    @DrPoults @SkyUK @SkyFootball Hi, I used this number 08001512747 it’s automated. When prompted tell them you want to cancel sky sports. They give you the option to pause. Took me five mins. Good luck.

    @SkyHelpTeam There are no issues now. I’ve left sky. I have internet with another provider. And the cheek of sky emailing to say I owe them £186!!!! You can forget it. You broke the contract with poor or no service, no communication and lack of care. Pay your own bill, your own fault.

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried that. I am asked for a mobile number to get virtual support. I don't want virtual support. I need an engineer. Is there a direct number? After being a customer for 20 years I am very close to leaving Sky after being mis-sold Sky Q.
