@SkyHelpTeam I don’t think you understand me at all. I’m saying workmen turned up with no warning. They ripped cables down and were taking the telephone pole down. We weren’t warned of any work.

@SkyHelpTeam As I said I’m not home right now and because there was no internet at home for two hours my dad was forced to go into London to work. I’d like to know why workmen turned up outside, cut wires and took a telephone pole down and we weren’t given warning.

1 hr & counting on phone with @SkyUK after no one showed up for our broadband setup appt. between 8:00 & 13:00 today. It’s now 18:30. Their solution? Go to the back of the line, sport - as in reschedule for Aug. 15. If that isn’t the start of a lovely business relationship…

@SkyHelpTeam hi I’m not at home but my dad informed about 2 hours ago that the internet went down and workmen had turned up outside our house cutting wires and destroying the telephone pole nearby. Why has this happened? Would have been nice to have been told work was starting.

Pathetic customer support and help from @SkyUK broadband - activated almost a week ago and still struggling to get internet connection - everytime the customer support just reads out a same generic script involving turning the router on and off - unbelievable

@SkyHelpTeam Problem eventually resolved, however. 1) price I was promised on January 27th wasn’t honoured. Sky then took DD significantly higher than what we had agreed. 2) customer service yesterday poor. 5 departments before I could get issue resolved. No credit or apology offered.

@SkySportsPL @SkySports Shocking customer service from Ralph Lauren, placed an order on the 10th, received a 30% off email on the 11th Feb, took 5 emails and numerous calls to challenge this shoddy practice only to told “sorry nothing we can do” Goods will be returned and custom taken elsewhere
