@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@SkyHelpTeam Please don’t keep saying Banbury update you have users In Brackley 9 miles away. The lack of clear updates is poor, whilst I have no doubt Engineers are working hard to fix, I can’t not believe that OpenReach have not provided you details of fix or next update times

@claudelittner @SkyHelpTeam Renewed contract with VM in Nov 21, every month since they have overcharged us. Every month they tell me they have rectified the problem. Next month they overcharge us again. Would be wonderful seeing you do a face to face with this people!

@SkyUK If you would just let us renew our contract - failing miserably since February - Your work from home staff, never call back, no follow ups, we call, and call, ridiculous waits and have been paying through the nose for being out of contract. no doubt a ploy to increase profits.
