@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyUK - why do need to contact you to negotiate new offers? Surely customer care means the onus is on you to care for customers! We’ve been customers for 14.5 years & the best you can do is nothing to help as we’re in contract until February 2022!

@SkyHelpTeam With respect, I’m well aware of that. I’ve tried your online checker which was a useful as a bag of spanners. My question was if you are having network issues in Salford still as you took it down last for maintenance night and the service has been poor for the past 2 days.

@SkyUK Can I just say that your service is an absolute disgrace. My installation was due at 8am this morning and no show, the app shows an error when I login, I called and waited for 55mins with no resolve, I have been with you for little over 3 weeks – due an installation today
