@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

Really frustrating that @SkyHelpTeam have said the broken part on my 4 month old mobile (SIM cards are not recognised) which is covered by warranty is invalidated because of a small chip on the edge of the camera. After years of taking my money this feels very low.
