@SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

@terrychristian @SkyHelpTeam It is a pain in the arse, to be fair. We find Virgin seem to strangle bandwidth and slow the network down massively. Two sons, one on a PS4, other on an X Box. Causes major grief. Had Sky before with no issue, yet @virginmedia seems much worse. 😳

@SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

@SkyHelpTeam Getting cheesed off with your broadband. I only want to use 5ghz signal, I disable 2.4 on the router settings then it resets after a couple of days everytime leaving me having to go through a convoluted process to disable everytime. Why does this happen?

@1cornishblue Fallen out of love with the game due to this ****, SkySports, Carragher, the YouTube fan boys in their bedrooms, it’s just crap. NFL, played by men, presented by knowledgeable women who haven’t been brought in to make the numbers up. God, I miss the old days with Bell and Rodney!
