Apparently I’m a VIP customer with 19 years service but I can’t speak to anyone online but chatbots. I’ve been within service for weeks and now engineers are just cancelling appointments well within the time they’re due. For the amount we pay, this is a joke!

You’ve missed calls, compensation, lied, and failed to solve my issue. This is the worst customer service ever.
