    @SkyUK you've really let me down. Chose you as new broadband provider to get a better service as, like so many, now working from home and kids off school. You didnt send me new router. Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m a new customer and very unhappy with sky internet. No service and have to wait 2-5 working days for engineer . Can’t even get the guaranteed internet in every room either . Poor service, promise customer one thing then changed minds depending on who you speak to

    @SkyHelpTeam Following the advice on the DM’s received no closer to an acceptable resolution to situation caused by incorrect information provided by @SkyUK staff. Complaints number goes to general call centre, who can’t help! #disappointed in cust serv received. considering options

    @SkyUK your broadband is a joke...it keeps crashing and will be the slowest download speeds ever...its never been this bad, i feel like you guys are tampering with my speeds so i upgrade to fibre

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I am having persistent problems with both my TV and my internet. I’ve also got a 3rd box which isn’t working at all. Your website isn’t helping me and is suggesting I ask fellow customers. I’m paying you £90 a month and would prefer to deal with you, please.

    @67seann @CelticFC @spfl @SkySports Theres no great option. In a fair world we would not sell tickets till fans are allowed back in and put our games on at 5 quid PPV. Unfortunately this would mean a fire sale on players. This appears to be the best of many bad options.

    Best decision made this year is getting rid of @SkyUK broandband. Failed to deliver far too often of promised speeds and rotten support to back it up.

    Seems @skytv are just taking random amounts from my bank now. I'm paying almost the same this month as normal despite them not supposed to be charging for @SkySports Time to cancel it.

    @SkyHelpTeam 100% leaving. 40 mins on the phone with customer service and your supervisors were too coward to get on the call. Not a good way to put yourself out there. Four days until an engineer. And £2 per day compensation for two WFH employees. Shame on you guys.

    @SkyNews Makes me laugh @SkyUK is the worst for putting prices up, quite laughable really. And the amount of programs, sports, movies etc they have lost to Disney, Dazn etc. Sky is slowly becoming non watchable
