    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

    @SkyUK faulty Sky Glass TV replaced with another faulty TV. It’s been on 5 hours and live TV has gone as before, absolutely terrible service. Wasted a fortune trying to speak with someone. I honestly don’t know what to say. I’m gobsmacked
