    @SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    @SkyUK disappointed by the lack of response we have had about our complaints regarding sky glass Tv. can't even get through a programme without having to shut the TV down and re boot. Constantly freezes, turns off, error reports and technical faults.

    @SkyUK really regretting getting Sky last keeps buffering and last night was down for 5 hours on a Saturday night!! Also have sky puck so no tv at all all night I will not be recommending to friends and family who were all interested in purchasing it really want to return now 😡

    @SkyHelpTeam It’s almost as if the promised amount of credit I was offered to switch by Sky is either being held on to for as long as possible by Sky before being credited to my account or is not going to be paid at all. Perhaps I should cancel my direct debit until this is sorted

    @SkyHelpTeam Less than one month in since switching from BT to you due to their ongoing incompetence and your switching credit team are proving themselves to be just a useless. I am very unhappy already with the service you are providing. This doesn’t bode well
