Mike cole (@mikecole111) reported from Avonmouth, England@SkyUK you have the power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league teams to ensure the season is not void. Clubs trying to stop season to stay up is a disgrace. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. This dang happen. Disgraceful
-

Sky Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Miss Handsome Pants (@Trev_Ange) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked in a B.T. call centre after Uni in the 90s. The culture then was cold call and Sell, Sell, Sell. We were tethered to those headsets like battery chicken, calls monitored and sometimes messages mid-call instructing operators of hook language to secure sales. It was awful
-
Tim Caulfield (@timcaulfield) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Stay calm (I get the irritation) and explain the vulnerable situation and point out there is a cooling off period so they need to make it where you want the package and will deal. Sky always have a "deal" cos they know losing a customer is often a permanently closed door
-
sbs (@shaunbsilva) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK There’ll be a 14 day cooling off period- make sure to cancel and provide feedback
-
shells (@31Shells) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked for BT retentions briefly, spoke to an elderly widow . BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%
-
Scoob20_ (@scoob20_) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK And to make matters even worse @SkyUK will up the prices mid-contract by around 10% every year so it will be a lot more than £170/m by the end. Good luck trying to speak to anyone there. Unless you choose the option to cancel you’re just left at the mercy of their chatbot.
-
JN 🟡🟢 (@JaysterW) reported@jammierooroo @edna1234 @SkyUK My father in law was paying £88/mth, they increased it to £164/mth, I spent an hour on the phone arguing with them, got it down to £56/mth for internet & sports Crooks
-
Susan Warren (@SusanWa02526665) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK When my mum was in a similar position (no sky ) but recently bereaved we told her to,say no to any calls for any services be it to change landline, energy provider etc. Shame you didn’t tell your mum the same as she would have just put the phone down. £110 a month? What for?
-
Puglife69 (@craigybaby42) reported@jammierooroo @garethlewis1959 @SkyUK If she was crying on the phone agents wouldn't have resigned her in a contract terms and conditions are read and your mil would have agreed calls are recorded if bad agent behaviour would be monitored and looked into there is more then meets the eye with your tweet
-
Stuart (@Stuart79127363) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky are corrupt. Harassed me with over 100 emails & texts in just one day because they had a complaint about poor signal. Call handler then blocks my sky tv,broadband and phone in revenge & piles on unlawful charges when bill paid. **** You Sky!
-
Sir Tee Young (@AdegokeRaheemT1) reported@SkySports Chelsea’s problem has got nothing to do with the managers, everything is on the owners, the only solution to the problem is “scrap the project “
