Really annoyed. My Sky bill is £84.99 a month and my internet connection is down. I’ve tried to reset and nothing. Next step is to call them. Understandably they’re only dealing with problems from key workers. I am one but am shielding. So I don’t count. Can you help @SkyHelpTeam

A great series, although I felt we never had the rub of the green!

@SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

Give liverpool how ever many leagues they want to feel good about themselves and cancel the football until stadiums can be full

Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK recently upgraded to Sky Glass and it’s awful for 2 very basic reasons: 1) Unlike Sky Q, you cannot record shows, instead you stream. Problem with this is the stream often isn’t available until the day after a live viewing. 2) UHD is terrible, it’s too dark
