    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    Mixed reviews of @primevideosport so far... but just Imagine the carnage when @BT and @skyuk decide to slow their internet bandwidth down right at kick off because Amazon is taking all their revenue from showing live football. 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam booked an engineer appointment for this Friday, found out yesterday you have cancelled the appointment and was told I’d have more information on Monday. Just got an email to say you’ve cancelled my order. Great service as a new customer. Contact me ASAP.

    @SkyHelpTeam are actually taking the Michael at this point. Had to wait 3 weeks for another ‘specialist’ engineer to come out & find out he’s not, in fact, a specialist and tell me the same thing the last guy did. It will then have been 2 months without a service I’m paying for.

    @SkyHelpTeam set up sky mini today, for starters it wouldnt connect to my main sky box as when I pressed the button on the sky box it didn't flash orange, so did it on my Wi-Fi box which connected. Then it connects for a few mins then states no connection. Help as paying for this

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks to Twitter because you guys don’t broadcast bad news! Totally unacceptable broadband service for over five months now and it’s getting worse. If I can’t work tomorrow I’m billing Sky for loss of my earnings for the day

    @WarpTubes @SkyHelpTeam Yes I want a router with QOS settings, it’s funny I had to block Snapchat as I noticed every time my sister sent stuff to her friends my ping would spike to 300 and constant packet loss. In the end had to block snapchat only work around. I think a QOS setting would help tbh.
