    @SkyHelpTeam hi, I've been having 'signal' issues with my skyQ TV since last night. Screen keeps freezing and going pixilated on all channels. Settings say its good signal but obviously its not. Any idea why? Thanks. BS13 area

    @SkyHelpTeam hey Sky, the last few nights our SkyQ box is saying we have no Internet connection even thought phones and laptop are connected and all lights on the box are green? Turned everything off and on but still no luck. Help!! I just wanna watch Netflix 🥺

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky mobile coverage across the UK is truly awful . Any plans to improve it so people, you know, can use the phones/plans we pay you a lot of money for?

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no number - I dont want to leave sky completely - just cancel the landline. This is ver frustrating - we are diamond customers and at this rate will leave completely - give me a number please not a link!

    @SkyHelpTeam @skytv please can you provide an update on broadband outage! No updates are being given! I have no mobile signal/4G where I live as rural. Family members WFH & having to go to local coffee shops to work! Not good enough service

    @virginmedia Hi No absolutely nothing. Its so poor and terrible customer service. I am so unhappy with you. The funny thing is that @virginmedia rang me yesterday to see if you could win my business back from @SkyUK if I have a problem they sort it may take a call or 2 but its dealt with.

    @virginmedia why do I’ve over pay for my services that you can’t deliver customer service joke keep reading off a card no help what do ever what clown do I need to speak to . @SkyHelpTeam might be a able to help £144 a month and still not able to watch i player internet slow😡

    Seriously @SkyHelpTeam you cannot leave it like this & expect customers to stay with you afterwards. Just saying what the problem is & that someone is actively working on it would help. The links you send to do a self test just lead us to a brick wall with no useful info at all.

    @SkySports I hope whyte does get the WBC to name him mandatory for Tyson Fury and I'm a big fan of whyte. But the can man has turned down alot of fight's that would have got him here sooner like Ortiz, Joshua rematch, brazeale or however you spell that name because the money wasn't right.

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky, my broadband has not been working properly for over 7 months. It has now stopped working completely including my q box and q box mini. Now after calling you on 5 separate occasions today & waiting an hour each time, you don't speak and hang up. Terrible service

    Can someone call me about removing multiscreen. @SkyHelpTeam tried calling but the robot just said is that all goodbye when I went through all the prompts. Dropped you a DM as it's shouldn't be this difficult! I can't do it via your app and your phone robot is stupid.

    @SkyHelpTeam when it started happening last night it was saying it was fine when we had a connection, just had to do a test on a phone while it was down and it's now saying theres an issue outside the house and an engineer booked

    @SkyHelpTeam my sound keeps dropping out every few minutes for a couple of seconds. Any fix pls as its doing my head in. I'm already close to leaving due to the fact I've to pay for a multiroom box to watch uhd on the main box and the multiroom box not uhd compatible. #jokers

    @SkyHelpTeam As I stated in my tweet it’s the booster box that’s not working and won’t connect to the new router. I’m also still having issues with the fibre brandband dropping connections @stevo1978 and myself are getting fed up the lack of support
