    I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

    @SkyHelpTeam I’m trying to watch Grey’s Anatomy that was recorded last night from @SkyWitness and I can’t watch it as I’m hard of hearing and need subtitles please fix this! It normally has subtitles why now does it not!!!

    Have had to ring twice to get an update. As soon as your in a contract with @skytv @SkyHelpTeam and paying them their common courtesy and professionalism goes completely out the window. Definitely the last contract we will ever have with them. Shockingly bad customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

    Mixed reviews of @primevideosport so far... but just Imagine the carnage when @BT and @skyuk decide to slow their internet bandwidth down right at kick off because Amazon is taking all their revenue from showing live football. 🙄

    @SkyUK you have the power and responsibility to apply pressure to premier league teams to ensure the season is not void. Clubs trying to stop season to stay up is a disgrace. If this happens I will cancel my subs and hopefully won’t be the only one. This dang happen. Disgraceful

    So the department at @skytv @SkyHelpTeam that deal with the connectivity of Broadband to your address are closed 🤣 How are people supposed to work from home when they rely on this service! I wish my contract was ending tomorrow because I’d cancel immediately. Shocking company!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam There is nothing showing but when I ring 150 there is a recorded message acknowledging that there is "an issue with your local telephone exchange" . Since 8am. The whole street is affected.

    @actionfrauduk I have fallen victim to id. theft involving @SkyHelpTeam and left with thousands of pounds of debt. I am in a quagmire with Sky delegating to ActionFraud, no evidence that AF is investigating, and CEDR complaint scheme being ill-suited to non-customers. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello. I’m trying to set up a new Apple TV but when I try and login it says “Something went wrong. Please try again.” Still able to use iPhone and my Mac without an issue.

    @lauracreaven @SkyHelpTeam Check some of the mobile providers. If you can get 5g where you are there are excellent deals from suppliers like 3. Otherwise use the independent broadband availability checkers. £30 for what sounds like upto 10mb broadband is poor.

    @SkyHelpTeam not long rang and spoke to sky vip broadband number, most helpful, unfortunately the openreach number provided to follow up investigations in the CT5 area is not really suitable as there is no human help, only bot provided info. Can you help me via dm?

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband down in Droylsden, Mcr. Done the usual restarting router and followed Sky online help to test connection 5 times so far and it says the connection is fine. It obviously isn’t tho as I have no internet! Not good when trying to work from home.
