@SkyHelpTeam I have had to connect my broadband to the Sky Q box several times this week and it is a proper pain. I know there is a known issue but please can you get a fix sorted or perhaps offer a discount for this inconvenience.

I’m all for @SkySports reshuffling there staff maybe a new direction is needed maybe it’s not but I hope the best people get the jobs regardless of colour or background, surprised who they’ve got rid of though considering Dowie and Morrison are awful and Andrews is a proper tool

@SkyHelpTeam are there any known issues in the BS14 area?? All my sky boxes are having blackouts where during watching anything the screen goes black then comes back in ??? Atleast once every 2 minutes!

@SkyHelpTeam seem to have issue with Sky + box not reflecting the change in time. Program guide accurate in showing what’s on, just time is hour fast….other also effect by sound of it & reset/reboot not resolved….is this a widespread issue?
