@SkyHelpTeam right, (at least) 4 times in 7 days your connection has given out around 2am for at least 30 mins. NG7 area but probably wider issue. Not even close to good enough service for what you're charging!

@SkyHelpTeam yet again heavy rain has brought my internet down. I barely have data to write this. Yes have run the tests but it wont let me book an engineer, just gives me an error as guess what, it needs internet to be able to book! The external lines degraded and need replacing

@SkyHelpTeam The @OpenreachHelp engineer on 23 Sept told me that he couldn't fix the issue on the date he came to the property because it absolutely had to logged as a different job, but would only take a few days to fix. But still nothing.
