@SkyHelpTeam It just says line is slower than normal. But as I said it drops every 2 mins. Been bad for months but never like this. Was told months ago there was a fault but at the exchange & someone would fix it. They never did & now it's just unusable

@SkyUK I had Sky broadband big problem since April. 4 engineers after still the same !Engineers come along and Sky doesn’t give notes of what was done previously. So they do the basic again. Sky is sooo unprofessional!Ask for money and no service !No compensation!#skybroadband

@skyuk my wife is a key worker yet we have not been able to use our broadband for days as it keeps going down. Call the number & you just say department is closed. Awful service & we are paying for something we can't even use. So much for your adverts doing you guarantee speed

@SkyHelpTeam Having yet more issues with my sky box ... watching tele and it just goes blank right in the middle of the football. How many more problems before I can leave my contract early because of such an AWFUL service. Seems at least once a month I'm having to write in.
