@SkyHelpTeam @SkyHelpTeam I spent over 1hr on phone. Explained fault and an engineer is coming out Mon am. Engineer also being sent to 3 other houses on Mon. All have the same fault. All sky customers all dt11, Blandford Forum. Surely this needs to be reported as a network fault?
