@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK - transferred from BT fibre to Sky fibre around 3 weeks ago. My broadband speed has never met the agreed ‘normal’ level (77MB) and is generally in single figures - virtually unusuable. Sky diagnostic test is fine, and on BT I was always getting 60MB plus. Help

Aware it’s a first world problem but the penthouse above me decided it was a good idea to cut the @SkyUK satellite wire as it “didn’t fit their flats feng shui” over a week ago and cba to fix it 😡
