Looks like Sky have the work experience kids manning the @SkyHelpTeam Twitter account. How can they be so oblivious to the fact that the Sky Go App on Xbox is crashing for literally thousands of people and that it is clearly an issue with the stream, not their customers set up!

@SkyHelpTeam Ok thanks. When I tried logging in, no message pops up it just asks me to log in again. So I just want to know what to do when the admin & sky login for 192 doesn’t work. It used to work for me and all I had to do was change the wifi channel and that would usually fix the wifi
