    @SkyHelpTeam Please help with an issue for my Uncle. He’s reliant on Video Calls to Doctors after Chemo due to Covid. He has been informed to wait till next week. SkyQ box showing Orange light, Cables replaced, device restarted. I’ll follow up with a call tomorrow morning.

    @SkyHelpTeam It must be company policy to surcharge customers so you don't have to pay the cost of fixing issues. I mean its a wonderful racket to run. Charge for Internet and charge extra to fix issues stopping you to get the service your already paying for. @SkyUK #customerexperience

    @SkyHelpTeam Called your engineer and he informed us there were 2 options, pay the surcharge or change my grandparents package. No offer for sky to fix the issue, irrelevant how much a month they pay. Even though they are now not getting Internet at all. Not how you should treat customers.

    @SkyHelpTeam The last time someone came out from sky it was to fix a TV problem when I told him it wasn't a TV problem it was a broadband problem he said he don't do broadband he just dose TV and he phone sky told them and again nothing happened
