You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

So now we have to twiddle our thumbs until bedtime, use it until lunch and then repeat. If this is going to persist then won't be paying for 1/3 service at inconvenient hours

Apparently there’s no issues in my area even though that has to be the case. And no calling an engineer is not on my to-do list

That was cancelled with no communication because of this external issue also. Total denial of that booking from Ur staff but it was on the app. Not show now
