    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Sky,it was a little temperamental this morning but eventually seemed to work fine & agree it appears that last nights issue has been resolved. I haven’t been using the tv this evening so can’t comment on any further issues but will advise accordingly if I encounter any. Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s missing the point. You are harassing ex customers, I’m staggered that after a year of constant calls, sometimes twice a day, your company thinks this is acceptable behaviour. If a customer doesn’t answer any calls after a month, remove them.

    Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

    Frustrated with @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam “superfast” fibre, the service offered isn’t what I’m getting in the past months for some reason. Although checking the speeds within the admin section I don’t believe these are a true reflection, the signal strengths are low too.

    @SkyHelpTeam But you are denying them access to your service. You should reimburse at least one day. What if people are working from home and them not having access is effecting them. Least you could is take a day off the bill.
