Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam currently on hold for 30mins (and counting) trying to cancel. You do treat existing customers like garbage. U want to increase my monthly bill by £8 but a new customer can get same package cheaper on ur site. Madness. Can I cancel via email?

@SkyHelpTeam I doubt sky cold do anything as iv been trying to move my sky and Internet for the past month and they say May account is locked out of the store. So when I move next week with no Internet or TV I will be cancelling my payments to sky as there not providing me a service.
