@VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

Having recently upgraded to sky Q with @SkyUK I’m shocked how poor it is, for me it’s a massive backwards step! The menus are confusing and the recordings have no order what so ever! And don’t get me started on them charging £14.99 for the premiership games! 😡

Waste of time ringing @SkyHelpTeam Ring for hours at different times, get passed from 1 to another, gave another number, then another by them. End up with an answer machine after all this wasted time. Unbelievable customer service 🙄
