Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyUK my sky tv has been showing no satellite signal for the past 12 days. New contract was agreed and post agreement sky increased the prices. I have tried to call sky customer services serval times and keep been on hold and eventually getting disconnected. Can’t get no help!

@SkyHelpTeam Yes I know your systems are telling you that. This is what I’m trying to explain. Your systems are giving you the wrong information. If you Google ‘Basingstoke internet down’ it will show you that the whole town has no internet. It isn’t just me and it isn’t my hub.
