Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

Old provider been notified by you so deactivated. Now no broadband at all.

They left an elderly customer distressed and upset. Charging for a service you don’t provide is unacceptable.
