Class service from @SkyHelpTeam. Broadband broken, an engineer comes. Says it’s fixed, it’s not. Wait another two weeks only to be sent a TV engineer. Now having to wait even longer. My wife - an NHS nurse - and I can’t do the work we need to from home. Great job guys!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, no, none at all - all wifi and wired devices are working fine. Anything downloading via Q box (so Sky Store / Netflix app) is running REALLY slowly, but ethernet cable into the Q box shows 96mb connection when plugged into my laptop. More likely a Sky server issue?

Brilliant. Cheers @SkyUK … Literally a minute before the #F1 starts and your Sky Go app throws its toys out of the pram. Such a poor app, it’s almost comical…
