    @SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

    @SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

    Probably time to change my internet provider, sky customer for 8 years and auto message saying ASAP is the response you get for a 2 day outage in the area, no replies to tweets, nothing, internet is vital here @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I made a complaint regarding you taking over 150gb of data I’d paid for and accumulated from my Piggybank last week. So that now a tv,BB agreement and 3 mobile deals that I will be ending with you. £125+/month of business ended because of GREED! Well done!

    @SkyUK probably the worst customer service operation of any UK business Spent all day, 6 calls, contract incorrectly changed, dinner wasted as on line holding and lie upon lies told. Finally fixed 10 hrs after first call Sky non UK call operators are the worst just taking p*ss
