@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for getting back to me, it's only on live sport as far as I can tell, and too be fair it's all I really want from uhd. Makes it completely unwatchable. Like I said never had an issue with sky q, and I know its new tech but expect better.

@SkyHelpTeam can you explain to me why it is that I'm paying for uhd on sky glass, but, can't use it cause it freezes every 5 seconds and returns to same bit over and over. This is on sky glass and puck. Never had an ounce of bother with sky q shall be returning if cant be sorted

@SkyHelpTeam My connection came back at 1050am. Some folk seemed to get a text advising there were issues but I didn't. It was down from around 3am which is crap when you work from home.

@SkyUK Worst service by Sky Bought the sky glass was not made aware of many of the items missing from using sky Q. Customer service was bad and no outcome. Been with sky for a long time but would not recommend the new feature
