@SkyHelpTeam It's not that it's an inconvenience its the fact you never get notified of either the works or the outage! I'm not really annoyed that its happened I'm frustrated that when it does happen no one has the decency to say anything. We have to enquire!

@SkyHelpTeam another day of appalling service. A compete lack of information, leaving it to the customer to constantly chase for updates. Cancellations, unconfirmed appointments, no updates, and I’m already being billed for nothing. No router yet either.

@SkyUK have now been experiencing poor broadband service for eight days. Have complained several times. Engineer booked but was a no show. Won’t name the operatives I dealt with but want a full service retuned ASAP and compensation, not platitudes.
