    @SkyHelpTeam have the worst customer service I have ever spoken to, the staff is so rude and talk to you like your dirt on the bottom of your shoe, wouldn’t recommend anyone to sign up and be a sky customer, horrible attitude, wouldn’t even recommend joe fritzel to them 👌💦

    @SkyUK hi I am unable to get through to speak to someone from your customer service team. Today I have had my sky dish fitted and we are extraamly unhappy with the way the wires have been positioned down the front of my house. Please can you contact me ASAP as we need to engineer

    @SkyHelpTeam I wouldn’t need to consider leaving if you had any interest in trying to help. My internet constantly freezes or connection drops. Appreciate these times but only speaking to some professions isn’t good enough. What about all us others that rely on your services to work from home

    @SkyHelpTeam For over a month I've been trying to get help, cant book an engineer online , can no longer use the messaging service ,being sent round in self help loops with no resolve,and I'm now 31 minutes into being on hold.over a month,with suboptimal service ,Simply not good enough !

    @SkyHelpTeam I have a family member who is have a problem with their sky system and she has try contact. On different numbers but all she gets 3 ring then the line goes dead and she has the onscreen information. And the online chat can you get. Information. That can help herout

    @SkyHelpTeam what are you expecting customers to do with issues. Won’t speak to me over the phone and the app says my internet is working fine.. when it clearly isn’t. Funny how there isn’t a clear option to cancel my subscription on the app either. I suggest you get in touch!

    @SkyUK hi swapped to sky stream from Q tried everything but cannot watch football in UHD as it's like someone is pausing then fast forwarding every 10 seconds very disappointed customer 20 years F1 UHD fine along with others but football is not there
