Object based audio has advantages that research like this needs to explore if we are to gain any benefit. Also it really wasn't an expensive project!

@SkyHelpTeam You misunderstand. I've done all that and have a ticket raised. But your first line support continually put me thru to the 'Sky Apps Team' where I wait in the queue but eventually get hung up on. I go round and round and get nowhere.

@SkyHelpTeam my 78 year old mum who is deaf & does everything by e-mail is part of this huge locked out of account issue. Can't use Sign in helper & Yahoo have said this is a big Sky issue - what can you do to sort asap. I can see on here is a big problem and phone no one hr wait

@SkyHelpTeam so you lock my account. I cant now use Sky Go. I can't login to my account. All because an email account I don't use has been hacked. And to unlock it I have to ring YOU and wait in a 45min queue. The first automated q asked is What's My Password!! NOT answering THAT

@SkyHelpTeam It’s taken 7 hours to download Cars 2 from our purchased archive. My little guy isn’t v happy. I’ve tried deleting things from our planner but doesn’t help it taking so long. We can only watch films with the play triangle on , so annoying when we pay so much. 😩

Received a text advising of a data breach by @SkyHelpTeam and to ring a number to unlock the account. Sounds dodgy..checked the web page and sure enough confirmation of the breach. Dialled the number and now convinced it is genuinely Sky as there is a 30 minute wait! #service

@SkyHelpTeam I have called them 15 times plus and nothing has been done. I need some help desperately. I live in a remote cottage no internet no landline and a mobile with a very bad signal. I feel very isolated and vulnerable.
