@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

We used to unplug that and turn it off as well as turning all minis off wait a while just turn the main one back on, make sure it connected to network and working then turn the minis on x

Ever since upgrading to superfast broadband with Sky, we’ve had nothing but problems. Cutting out every day and can’t watch a full episode on Netflix without it buffering? Basic package did us better. Joke @SkyHelpTeam.
