@SkyHelpTeam Always the usual blue screen ‘no satellite signal’. Tried all the usual troubleshooting options, every single one of them. Not being able to contact Sky via the phone for months hasn’t helped.

@SkyHelpTeam broadband still not fixed by @WeAreOpenreach after 12 days. On phone to customer services for 43 minutes and transferred by engineer for help with additional data for our sky mobiles, put on hold then call is cut off!

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam why is the @disneyplus app so poor on my q-box? Broadband connection of 30mb and runs off LAN rather than wireless, picture keeps skipping, freezing or momentary blue spinny circle! So annoying....

@SkyHelpTeam Is it common to request a replacement/new Sky dish? One I have now is the original one from 16 years of Sky service, and I’m sure it’s contributing to my frequent lack of satellite signal.

@SkyHelpTeam I tried that it didn't fix it. I've now tried opening another channel first then going onto Sky F1 and the sound has now resynced. Not sure why if you open Sky F1 first it breaks the stream, but its fine on others.

@SkyHelpTeam Called to remove my HD package & continue with signature, but he said he would do me a deal and keep me on the same price as now for both but charge £10 admin fee , I said ill call back next month when out of contract and cancel entire subscription. 17 years loyal subscriber too
