Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

Dear @SkyUK having to constantly turn my WiFi off and back on again just to reestablish a connection (despite having full signal) is not what I pay you a decent amount of money a month for!

@OzoneWoodz @SkySports Get your dodgy box for only 50 quid a year, that’s right fokes, 50 quid! For 50 quid you can watch the premier league down the national league, the polish third tier, Egyptian Premier, Romanian second tier, you name it, we got it. Also comes with PPV events, do the math.

No broadband after midnight for 2 nights in a row now from #SkyBroadband. No warning or nothing. Unacceptable - customers should be informed when their service will go out. Not everyone is 9-5 uk time! @SkyHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp
