@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@WeareSparta @SkyHelpTeam Mate you don’t I tried all they gave me was a sky cinema plan for FREE for 3 months which is still pretty bad as swell there’s never anything good on it but when I checked my bank turns out they charged me for 2 months

@SkyHelpTeam Absolute joke. Can't get my assignments finished with no Internet, signal is relatively poor most days to start with. Paying for netflix and disney plus but no way of watching them with no Internet available! Will take about 3 days get through to customer service to claim losses
