Bought an @AppleSupport iPad Pro 12.9 2022 in space grey from @SkyHelpTeam when it came it says space grey on the box but it’s a silver one in the box! And neither of you can come up with a solution!!! Very unprofessional from 2 massive companies!! Not happy!!

@SkyHelpTeam 2/2 Advised I would have my other parts renegotiated & revised too. THIS WAS NEVER ADVISED PREVIOUSLY. The lady then STOPPED speaking with me & while I raised my voice there was nothing abusive or derogatory said!
