@SkyHelpTeam for the 2nd time since ultra fast installed I’ve spent 2 hours on tech support. Engineer can’t come until tomorrow. Work from home lost 2 days work. No 4g in area so no phone, no ring doorbell, no cctv, no work… sky customer services. £10 credit….absolute joke!!!

@SkyHelpTeam Time scale is fair enough but an understanding of why? If I went to a garage to get my car fixed, they would tell me what they needed to do and I would pay. I pay for sky internet (and TV) so would it be possible to share with us the reason as to why it's down please?

Now we know it’s fine but first thing we were being told to run diagnostics

@SkySports FA should think about vigorous training of it's referees. Where they're supposed to visit VAR they don't and some still make poor decisions even after review. They look like they never study same things or officiate different sport
