    @SkyHelpTeam had my SkyQ and Mini box delivered today and I can now no longer access SkyGo. It says that I require a subscription service to view channels (which I have). Had no problem before this. Also the Sky Mini box keeps disconnecting.

    Got a call from sales from @SkyUK to join SkyMobile & offered me a good deal so I switched from Vodafone!! From receiving my new phone & transferring over this has been a complete nightmare, wished I never joined now, nearly 48hrs without a phone, customer service dreadful also.

    @SkyHelpTeam 🙄 defeats the object but hey....got to sit in waiting for an engineer to fix my broadband....oh can’t even watch my on demand so I’ll spend 20 mins on a phone waiting to speak to someone....clever way of stopping people downgrading

    Taken the plunge to cancel @skytv @SkyHelpTeam as they are increasing costs on top of a deal they only gave me last week, and for that i get zero extra….. Charging £14 a month to have a box in another room for a box worth about £50 is rediculous.

    @SkyHelpTeam Been with Sky14+years (full package, internet & phone)3 boxes broke last Friday&Sky will not fix them till 27/12/20;However new customers are installed b4 Xmas!We pretended to be a new customer&we’re given instillation date23/12/20 or earlier for £10!Extremely poor service
