@SkyHelpTeam It wasn’t the case though was it he wasn’t dealing with anything else he simply was either being rude or got pre occupied elsewhere. As the advisor I spoke to on the phone was honest enough to tell me. His words were there was no reason to leave me on hold for that amount of time

Gotta love sky internet. Goes off for an hour or so at least once a week. Just went off again it came back on I'm back on the Internet a whole 5 minutes and it goes down again! Good job @SkyUK service like no other..

@SkyHelpTeam @skybroadband My broadband is in single figures upload/download; appallingly slow! and has been for quite a few days now. Sky have got me to change channel, but stating no issues in the OL15 postcode. The local FB group are complaining about the same issue!! Please!!

@SkyHelpTeam Query has been dealt with within five minutes of answering call by your second advisor. Your first advisor may need a little help with customer service rather than leaving people on hold for 40 minutes for a simple request that one of your employees dealt with efficiently

@SkyHelpTeam According to the engineer, 12 devices on the network is "a lot" Considering 4 of the 12 are sky boxes... 2 Google home, a hive and my access point are another 4. TV brings up to 9. And the other 2 are a iPad and 3 phones. Since when is 12 devices in a house "a lot"

@SkyHelpTeam Hello, I’ve just received a phone call purporting to be from Sky’s Tech support to do with Internet issues- wanting to know how many devices are connected etc. Number was 01212809048. Assumed this was a phishing scam so ended the call.
