Switching broadband providers from Virgin Media to Sky is proving to be such a bad decision while trying to work from home these last 5 weeks. Multiple connection drops every morning. It's a poor situation when tethering to your phone data is far more reliable. @SkyHelpTeam

@jojowillsophia @GaryProctor5 @SkySportsPL @SkySports To assist the referee. But that was before VAR came along to overrule every decision the referee and linesman make. That aside, normally on tight calls, doesn't the linesman keep the flag down until after the shot then raises it to inform the referee there was an infringement.

@SkyHelpTeam Joining Sky has been a nightmare. Ordered TV and Broadband in January. Broadband not installed until end of February. TV not installed until end of March. Numerous missed appointments. And no response to my letter of complaint. Also, still no £100 Mastercard referral award.

Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

Hey @SkyUK you had your chances of keeping me and my custom. Don’t call me a month later offering to buy me out of my new contract with another provider and offer a price march with a sarcastic condescending sales rep. Bad attitude doesn’t help in customer experience

@SkyUK Honestly the worst thing we every did. Continually drops out, pauses to reload, picture no sound. Happens every 30 seconds done the switching off and on after a period of time, resetting router. At the stage we keepstep ladder in the lounge to switch it off as it is on the wall.
