@SkyHelpTeam I have tried to call sky for 4 days and waited over an hour each time. Please can someone get in touch. Bill query you have charged £60 to cancel movies when it was verbally agreed you would waive the cost if I didn’t cancel my whole package

@SkyHelpTeam bad engineer experience today. Was having supposed skyQ installed today. Engineer arrived said she couldn't do it as not lader train. Went to make a phone call about to get another engineer. Then left without saying a word and cancelled the installation on the system
