@SkyHelpTeam I have been passed from pillar to post actually. I was once put on hold for 40 minutes only for the person who eventually answered was a member of the sales team. I resigned myself to the fact it was never going to work when I noticed the message changed to a specific code

@SkyHelpTeam our broadband has been down for well over a day, can’t get through on the phone and no other way to contact. The engineer booking we had went missing. Test my broadband no longer temporarily fixes our issue. What do we do??

@SkyHelpTeam I have to say that despite me buying two plug in boosters and having the Sky box in touching distance of the router, the delivery of WiFi is a daily issue. Netflix stuck at 25% and not a soul on any gadgets at the moment. I know the world is on WiFi right now. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, with the newest update to the sky ticket player you cannot use it when MSI Dragon Center is also running. Sky Ticket player opens, you see a black screen and then it closes itself again without any message. Can you fix this please? Thanks!
