@SkyHelpTeam Pete, the engineer came and there’s an outage in KT15 area. This was only flagged by customers according to him and Sky knew nothing of it. Still got no connection. So I’m paying for Sky, Netflix and Prime and can’t use any of it. Not really fair is it??
