A nice surprise, @TalkTalk answered the phone straight away and resolved a contract boost issue on the spot. Agreed not to increase my boost by £2.50 for the remainder of the contract.

@TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

…now @TalkTalk have told me that their Live Chat operator lied to me about the engineer being “on his way” as apparently they hadn’t booked him at all. I’ve never known such an incompetent and dishonest company!
