Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

@TalkTalk My Daughter and her husband moved new house asked you for BB. Paid deposit and were told you were unable to supply to them. You refusing to return deposit and threatening for money money. Not going to happen. You even threaten damage to credit rating if not paid. Not acceptable
