@TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

It’s like shooting fish in a barrel and I’m sure others have pointed it out but: Dido Harding is best known for presiding over huge data breach at TalkTalk - and now facing huge data issues at Test and Trace. IT does not seem to be a strong point.

Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

@TalkTalk had to leave when I moved in Nov; you didn't cover my whole flat, I tried a "booster" box but to no joy. For the last 3 months I've been trying to get a refund on the box I returned, I have the proof its been received. Several of your team have tried, please HELP!

@TalkTalk couple of things: 1. is there issues with the WiFi at the moment? Keeps disconnecting on some devices and others shows "no internet" 2. is 0800 955 5544 from you? Had a call asking me to upgrade to some internet secure settings... for just 50p a week?

@TalkTalk disconnected us for a month due to their negligence. Told us we’d be reconnected on the 11th. Engineer did nothing. Told us they’d send an emergency one round today. Never turned up. Told us we now won’t have wifi for another month which has caused a huge loss of income
