@TalkTalk I’m using the main TV antenna! The screen does not say there are any errors. I’ve given up calling the tech support because of language barriers & their impatience! I’d prefer an engineer visit. I can take the necessary precautions to facilitate this!😷

@RSdriver00 @TalkTalk That is very poor. Never been with them, but heard a few tales. Best way is to find new provider and they will migrate across. When I left Virgin I went back to BT 6 years ago now, was the best decision, but varies a lot depending on post code. Good luck!

@TalkTalk If you say to a customer you will provide a connection at a certain minimal speed, it is you duty to meet these standards as we are paying for it, and if you fail to meet them you must return the payments. We are only asking these minimum requirements are met, nothing more.

@talktalk so, if one has to call everyday bcs the internet falls down constantly, and one needs to cancel the contract bcs the service doesn't work as it should, then TalkTalk anyways charges the customer a cancelation fee? Is that fair?
