    @TalkTalk I’m paying for a broadband service that doesn’t work. I call and I sit on hold. I get referred to the text service and nothing happens. I speak to an operator who can’t fix the problem now because the accounts are down. This is by far the worst customer service ever!

    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk my elderly mother with dementia who lives alone in Needham Market has been without a phone since Thursday. It is impossible to communicate with anyone @TalkTalk and the recorded message says it’s being dealt with when it clearly isn’t. Please advise and help.

    @TalkTalk Just to let you know (yet again) I have no WiFi again although my router shows 4 green lights. It shows that the WiFi so slow that the html basic can't even load.

    @TalkTalk Terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend. We started an account with TWO broadbands. First two weeks of course were great but as the clock struck 12 on the 3rd week the expected happened. Download speeds dropped from 25-30MBps to 1-3MBps. Recently I have been getting KBps!

    @TalkTalk Out of contract after 18 months and not being able to cancel the internet fibre service in the initial 14 day cooling off period, i was just charged an extra £35.36 instead of £24 all because i wanted to cancel while being OUT OF CONTRACT! Total rip off! Please AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    @TalkTalk The internet service had constant disconnects and abysmal rude customer service that hang up on you even if you are polite and talk to their colleagues in another language while you are on the phone! I have never experienced this on any other ISP provider!

    @TalkTalk Talktalk has abysmal customer service and you simply cannot charge people £35.36 all because they want to leave your company while already being OUT OF CONTRACT! You make people wait a further 30 days so they have to pay an extra month before they can leave! AVOID TALKTALK!

    everyone do yourself a favour, literally never, ever to with @TalkTalk as your isp, have been having WiFi issues for over a month and they have been ******* useless. literally begged them to send a technician over but they couldn't give less of a ****.

    @TalkTalk do not sign up with these as they miss sell contracts. Promises of no price hike during contract but wow 1 month in and up it goes. No customer service

    so Talktalk will get a further £35+ from me for being out of contract and leaving! They increased my month subscription from £24 to £35.36 (punishment for leaving there network OUT OF CONTRACT!)
