    @TalkTalk I’ve had issues with rubbish service and on-off WiFi for months now. Moved my router to my hallway with wires trailing around as I was told no one could visit - first lock down. Last two days have been horrendous! Absolute joke

    @TalkTalk Internet in Hackney, London went down at 00:01. Anything to do with the scheduled maintenance mentioned on your website? Several router restarts and nothing. This is a near-daily occurrence. Not workable. Please sort it out.

    Terribly disappointed with the service from @TalkTalk. I am moving flats. Same building so a new contract of 24 months & a £5 increase. If I leave they will charge me £60. If I want to keep my current package I have to pay £60 installation. New package nets them £120 #broadband

    Not one full day of internet for 10 days and no help whatsoever from @TalkTalk , hours wasted on the phone just being left on hold for 40 minutes, partner and I not able to do any work for days... supreme 👍🏼

    @TalkTalk @naturalprankjs Or you can use any of a wide range of speed tests online. Question is, are talktalk here to help, or do they require a phone call, only then to dismiss customers issues? I have yet to fathom the answer. I suspect the twitter team are just for show.

    @TalkTalk Thanks talktalk. I've signed up to another pack. And I got a letter saying tv is now available. I've never had a TV box from talktalk, do you know if it will arrive or do I need to order one (is this free?)? I can't find any info in myaccount section. thanks.

    @TalkTalk Absolutely shocking service as I’ve just sent you a transcript of a previous problem with the same router.... clearly The router is not working and I was advised it would be quicker and better if I took a new contract how wrong was that it will only connect to my mobile

    @TalkTalkGroup @TalkTalk so I’ve been on to DM from 11.03 until now 15.44 trying everything possible I STILL can’t connect internet to the TV (Brand new 2 days old) to be told there is nothing they can do REALLY I have an internet box that’s 2 years old and cleaner not working
