You are still yet to indicate what the problem was/is and it leaves a large quantity of your customers in doubt as to whether you a a suitable service provider

I think it must have been a problem in the area although Talk Talk didnโt recognise it. Hopefully no more problems. Thank you.

Online search says there's no issues but it's down over a wide area. At least support the people who pay for this service correctly.
