Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

No @TalkTalk broadband for 2days. Got in touch with an appalling customer service advisor who spoke to a manager but couldn’t provide their name. Told I was not entitled to compensation and the advisor hung up. The recorded message will prove that I was polite.

So @TalkTalk . Ive had no broadband since 1st November. I have no working phone line. I have been told since 3rd Nov a manager will call me....and still nothing. Truly the worst customer experience ever.

Its possible if they aren't hitting the promised service that they would allow you to leave for free if you phone them, check your contract to see what minimum speeds were quoted. i think Which have a guide for how to complain about broadband speeds
