    @TalkTalk moving into new home. Decided to use your services. Someone in the team cancelled my order for installation. They are now telling me can’t get another appointment for 4 days!! Not a great start to a service.

    @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup hello, can someone help! Broadband still not working after 2 very long hours yesterday evening on phone to customer services, was told it would be fixed by midnight! Letter sent to customers with wrong info and no customer comms. Very dissatisfied

    He claimed 2 b from #talktalk proceeded 2 ask me install "teamviewer" obviously so i cld and him control of my device. Whn i refused 2 cooperate he began 2 verbally & racially abuse me. He clearly knew i ws customer 01273 404068 that ws his number i will be report 2 @metpoliceuk

    @TalkTalk This was my number 02080134547 and you gave me this number 02036431966 this has been a mess! Your BB has been on and off so i really want to go back to my old provider it will cost me more but atleast i will get the service i pay for and a company that actually values my custom

    @TalkTalk I constantly have to turn Wi-Fi off and use phone data because the connection is so bad. When watching tv via Amazon Firestick there is constant buffering. BT have been out and said there is nothing wrong - your people suggested I upgrade and pay more.

    @TalkTalk Yes and i emailed and contacted you online no has called me to date. Recieved call today from some indians someone called "paul" no idea what he was saying but began to verbally abuse clearly knew i was a talk talk customer.

    @TalkTalk The router is next to the stereo on the opposite side of the kitchen to the appliances - the same place as when I was with Vodaphone and had no problems whatsoever

    @sunny_hundal Not TalkTalk they’re rubbish - I’m locked in to an 18 month contract and regret it every day. I was previously with Vodaphone - good reliable service - wish I’d never left.

    @russell_kane @virginmedia I've had similar issues, been on phone for hours today and it now means 14 days without any broadband or phone line. I work from home and need broadband to work. They even cancelled my old talktalk contract for the go live they've failed to deliver. Wonder how many others?

I left because of the abusive behaviour and the way I was left feeling traumatised and frustrated. I was with talk talk for ten stupid years at least, duped into upgrades

    Very communication & service from @TalkTalk - my 87 yr old father upgraded to fibre broadband. Due to be fitted last Friday, no-one arrived or called. He called for update today and no one could help cos he had address etc but didn't have account number. #poorservice #badservice

    It's interesting how @virginmedia seem to think that the response to @TalkTalk having much faster internet for less money than their pre price rise contracts, should be to discourage us with the switching penalty, rather than, for example, making their service more competitive.

    @virginmedia Cancelled our talk talk service based on Jan 29 install and go live. @TalkTalk were unable to extend our end date once your internal install technician informed us of the issue.
