    @TalkTalk O really u day here to HELP Well like I said 8 days ago my 80 years mum stuck in doors on her own no phone or internet since 20 feb SUPPOSED to send someone Saturday ( rang sat AM No couldn’t come not enough engineers GOT TO wait now till 8 March YOUR SERVICE SINKS 😡😡

    Really poor customer service @TalkTalk. Broadband organised back in January, 6 days past hub delivery date, still no sign of it, 5 days past activation date & account still in active. Hours on the phone with no clear resolution! Aren’t you meant to encourage new customers??

    Finally able to book an upgrade to fibre this week & have now been w/o internet for over 24h, which massively affected my work w @funnywomen & all that @TalkTalk can do is tell me it’s an issue w the line & @bt_uk are responsible for solving it anytime from 2-3 working days (2/3)

    @NickInEngland @TalkTalk I'd recommend @zeninternet if it's your broadband you want. Never had an issue getting through to their customer service and they're always happy to help.

    Just got fobbed off with an email link from @TalkTalk regarding my devices not connecting to the new. The router is connecting to the net, devices are not connecting to the net but are linked to the router. Devices telling me it's a DNS and wifi issue. No help.

    Unbelievable customer service from @TalkTalk - broadband service switched over today. Sky box won’t connect to the WiFi. Customer services said it would only work as a wired connection!!! Why am I paying for WiFi then???

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    @Complyorcry @Back_Two_Mee To @TalkTalk they are okay but the broadband is not a good as VM but it's okay; it cut the monthly bill in half. I have since dropped their tv service and bought a freeview recorder. Monthly bill for broadband/phone £38

    @RunnymedeTrust @GoodLawProject She reminds me of Philip Green. A failed businessman who treated his workers like dirt. He kept the profits from his stores rather than investing in them, crucially in IT. Dido failed to invest to keep her customers safe. As a former TalkTalk customer I never had secure email.

    Having a @TalkTalk kind of day. You know, the one where you spend 2 and a half hours chatting to tech support. Get cut off 3 times and then they go with the ‘reboot your laptop’ line. Painful.

    Some friendly advice for @TalkTalk, with whom I’ve been in Twitter contact for the last 20 hrs. Sometimes talking to people is actually more efficient for you than asking no doubt well intentioned Twitter messages which repeatedly fail to understand the problem.

    @TalkTalk you have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sales team lied and the installation for Friday is now 15th Nov, the equipment which was to be delivered today is now ‘usually 1 to 3 days’ before installation. Just got cut off on call

    @TalkTalk Absolutely awful company, do not meet contracted speeds, pass you through to irrelevant team when you ring to complain and hang up on you. Then expect you to pay a final bill to cancel even though they are in breach of contract. Love wasting a full day on the phone.

    @TalkTalk I started this process last Thursday, i expected closure immediately given how serious the issue was .. but the call centres give me the runaround and clearly focus on complaint handling and not complaint resolution - 6 days on i am still getting hassle, nowhere and stressed. !
