    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @TalkTalk It would be nice if you could reduce or remove a £40 charge for an engineer who called but made no inspection of equipment, explained that Freeview channels had been altered; a fact that your customer services were not aware of, but should have known.

    @TalkTalk I have waited more than a week for my Internet to be activated. Two BT engineers have come and says it works. It worked for two hours and now it says connected without Internet. Your service is very shoddy and I will take this up with ombudsman?

TalkTalk have been WORSE than useless and provided us with no info other than OpenReach are doing “preliminary investigations”. They escalated us today. We’re going to move to Community Fibre. Seriously awful customer service
