Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.

Marcus (@Marcus70672192) reportedAll telecom companies are brutally awful these days. Been saying it for a while. I have talktalk internet. And for tv services I just use Amazon Prime and sub to sports things as necessary. Don't want to be locked into any contracts with these feral animals.
