    @TalkTalk I connected to the test socket using the filter sent with the hub and still without Internet. Still have the Amber light flashing. Thanks for you help.

    @TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

    No internet since Saturday morning and @talktalk say it may be another 3-5 business days until we get any service back, totalling at least 10 days without internet! Not our first issue like this, either. Could not recommend any internet provider less. Avoid at all costs!

    @TalkTalk we will never use the talk talk service again after being with you for 8yrs. Debt collectors LCS called over a £19 outstanding bill after a cancellation confirmation of contract was sent to us. Threatening calls, emails and texts A bit over the top don't you think?
