@TalkTalk I did a lot of tests with the support team over the phone . Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

Dire customer service from @virginmedia today. How many security questions do you need? Asked for a security number that I have never even set up. Moving to TalkTalk. Faster speeds and considerably cheaper. Never had such shocking service and slow answer time
