@TalkTalk Thanks for the reply but yes, it was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I regret to say. I even tried the phone option to give it another chance, 32 mins later, I couldn’t even get past the automated (non working) system. Really think you need to review it.

One of the simplest improvements #talktalk could make to their customer service is to pass on the fact that a customer has answered security questions when changing departments. Such a waste of time to answer the same things 4 times ina call.
