@DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

@CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

@UB5simon I'm on TalkTalk. They're not perfect but my research tells me none of them are. I hardly ever get connectivity problems & they're cheap. I now find the best approach to customer services is to avoid them unless 100% necessary, which means only when I have a hardware problem.

@TalkTalk are absolutely terrible not only have they upped my bill over 10 pounds a month out of nowhere. The connection is shocking I hardly ever have service and then the customer service advisor just ended the online chat because she couldn’t be bothered 🤔 can’t make it up !
