So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. Had an issue with my Internet connection couple weeks ago that you said you'd send someone out to have a look at, since it was an issue between an exchange and my address, but it's now not working again after being fixed??

Tried calling customer service but it asks me for Talk Talk landline. Don’t want to go on chat as it took 2 hours last time and they didn’t solve my issue

Every time I am being told that I have been blessed with the mimium speed promised but I hadnt opted for just the “minimum” when I took the service. I was getting a decent speed initially.

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
