So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. I finally got a call from a case manager from CEO team after my tweet, told she would call me back with update yesterday at 12.30pm.... No call or email.... and no response from @dburdon either... I’m moving my account to a company that can do customer service!

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!

I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
