So just had the engineer out to look at the problem for my wifi/broadband cutting out all the time and he said nothing has left and it's still cutting out all the time. The engineer was booked for today in the morning. 4:13pm and no engineer, therefore no internet. Bad news for me is that I need to stay with you until November... Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???
