@TalkTalk I've had such a terrible experience with TalkTalk. I moved from Leicester last week. I have no phone,TV or internet. Been talking to them every other day. Customer support has been non existent but they don't stop taking the money by DD. Awful experience anyone else???

@TalkTalk Possibly the worst service provider. Do not bother with these cowboys. I am still waiting (it's been 14 days!) for my internet to be connected. Mind you I have the router and the socket ready. Talktalk keeps making excuses and I am still paying!

The breathtaking incompetence of TalkTalk. No landline for more than five weeks, “customer service” agents, telling me the issue was fixed, they have identified an issue, they will be sending out an engineer to look at the issue. Oh, how I wish I had never joined up with them.
