    @virginmedia My WiFi has been cutting off at least once a day and if not then running extremely slow, making most days almost impossible to WFH. Mobile issues are more to do with customer service which I have already logged complaints about. Just wish I could exit early without any fees

    @virginmedia WIFI issues all day in ML5. Mobile is also starting to play up with full reception 3G/4G intermittently dropping on my phone.

    @virginmedia Theres no wifi or TV..tried your online service as the error code advised this yet doest help much ! I know how to switch the system on/off to reset ! customer service is a joke to get thru on !! And when you do they hang up 🤬 3rd time this has occured in the last 2 months!

    So was playing competitively Overwatch last night, and on 3 separate times the ******* internet cut out. I lost a whole lot of points cause I couldn't get back in and got temporarily banned.. thanks Virgin #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’ve tried to speak with someone for weeks re issue with my email connection, your recordings provide a link to help online, but it is only suggestions of what might be wrong! I can’t access emails and now having bother with my WiFi. Customer service is shocking!!!!!

    @virginmedia We’ve been having issues. Especially with the on demand service or anything we record. Constantly asking us to test the connection. I’ve switched everything off and back on again. Including modem and still getting the same error.

    @virginmedia ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! My bill £30 higher this month. Charged for calls over 60mins last month. Mortgage! Car! UniversalCredit! All with hours & hours waiting time. Being told tough I have to pay it! Zero help available! Family of 4. Both Self employed. No money! Joke

    @virginmedia my internet service has been absolutely shocking the last two weeks (not that it’s actually that great usually anyway!!) sick of paying for a service I don’t get between this and the mobile problems wish I’d never joined virgin for anything

    @virginmedia No a cable company cut my service they have advised you of this error . Yet again today I hav another txt to tell me u will b here in the 7th. A full 20 days since the 1st fault was advised. My internet is crap just now is it because I am sharing with my neighbour?

    @virginmedia Made another call. Was given a reference and an assurance the issue would be fixed by last night. No joy today. Called and got recorded message that problem was complicated and was sent a tracker text. Clicked it - it said no problem. Again. Wtf?

    @virginmedia No WiFi since last night! Status checker says all is fine but a broadband check says there's an error in the area? Which is it? When is it likely to be fixed? Do I have to cancel virgin as its become extremely poor? I need answers!
