    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

    @virginmedia @aleman_elisa Just because a connection can sometimes be made which then drops after a few seconds, showing you that there has been some data usage, does not mean that it is an intermittent issue and thus ineligible for compensation.

    @virginmedia Done as you requested, same issue. On my phone status its finding the WiFi but the status is just flashing as it connects them has an ! Mark over it. As for my laptop no Internet access

    @virginmedia note to your operator that just phoned me about upgrading mine and my partners mobile, tell them to not be so f*cking rude, I just said we would rather not yet and she just hung up...if your not careful you'll lose us completely, broadband, mobiles tv and phone
