    @virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

    @virginmedia once again (5th time in a month) you have screwed our account up. Now it’s another 30 minute wait to talk to someone to correct an error you have claimed to have fixed (on 3 occasions) The worst ever customer service

    @virginmedia for 3 days now I have had no television due to you admin error. Yesterday you managed to connect the broadband but still no TV - worst customer service I have ever experienced and for so much money. Cannot see why I should continue with you

    @virginmedia Can u not have some1 in the right team look in2 it or virgin works in silo’d team who can only say “thats not something I can do”? The exp has been exactly that as when you dial in customer service & pass through security as they transfer you to pre-install there is no handover

    @virginmedia how do I book an engineer to move my hub 3 to another room in my house? I’ve had a new kitchen installed and the hub no longer fits in this space, it’s causing problems with wiring. Webchat does not recognise relocation inside the same property so no use to me.

    @virginmedia What else can I say? We have a a 360 box plus a mini box and it does not work because the mini box hasn't got a signal (so I'm told by someone who rang the other day)

    @virginmedia yet more appealing service from @virginmedia firstly you fail to transfer names@of an account holder and then, when you do, you get it wrong and cut me off. 30 minutes to get a call answered, absolutely disgraceful.

    So @virginmedia can’t honour the upgrade offer they’ve made and the subsequent order I have placed. So from trying to upgrade to now cancelling our existing package altogether as a result. Poor customer service

    Trying to cancel my @virginmedia account. 90 minutes on WhatsApp to be routed to the phone. Then the guy in call centre cut the call because I wouldn't tell him why I wanted to cancel.

    @virginmedia absolute disgrace, over 3 hours waiting to connect to an agent online. Decide to ring and speak to a human, passed all security and still didn't have a clue what I was talking about, on hold and transferred 3 times. What actually do I need to do to resolve my issue?

    @virginmedia Check what? The games finished last night.. It will just display no service available as there is nothing available... The answer to the tweet is you have updated the service and need to follow a different step. These steps were provided by another twitter use not virgin media.

    Hey @virginmedia We’re you ever actually going to tell customers that land lines had been disabled? I got the fibre adapter a while back and was waiting for you to say it’s time to swap. That never arrived. Pretty lame.

    @virginmedia Was meant to transfer an existing broadband from one address to another, but it got handled as a new customer installation. So the £60 off loyalty gift was lost for myself & for the household that did get a new Virgin broadband installation (under my recommendation)
