@OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

.@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

@virginmedia (2) charged activation fee for v6 box ordered by engineer. Rang customer services Weds to be told charge will be removed. Called again yesterday to be told they can’t remove the charge. Put through to retention team who finally said charge would be removed but not happened yet.

@virginmedia Its back up and running now. It tends to go down and have many issues between 7-9pm the majority of the time i have issues. Pressing the WPS button on my router waiting 10 mins and then resetting seemed to work eventually

Yesterday, email from @virginmedia rolling out mega BB. Today no service since early am. According to Virgin NK issues. All outage sites: Virgin apocalypse. Get sent into loop when try to open My Virgin or change password. Where ******** you hiding Virgin? I have a class soon.

@virginmedia We are supposed to have an account manager who never answers her phone. Left numerous messages but not a call is returned. Her name is Tan so if can get her to call that would be great. We just want this sorting one way or another. Either we can have the service or not!

@virginmedia Can't book an engineer because I am not physically present, even though the issue is outside the house. Can't book a router replacement (which is not the issue), because I am not there to receive it, replace it. Says no faults in area. Nobody touched the cables in the house.
