    Hi @virginmedia. I was instructed to text a number to change my direct debit date. I did get through to someone who said she would do it but we didn't get to finish it off (not her fault). Now I'm theough to someone saying he can't do it and I have to call? Please help.

    @virginmedia For some reason I can’t log into my account either on your website or on my Virgin TV Go app. I’m now being told as I’ve put the password in wrong 5 times I can’t log in but even my security answer and DOB aren’t recognised!!! Help!

    @Deepal29 @virginmedia I don’t think they are prioritising installs for NHS staff, it’s all just fake advertising! We signed up and haven’t had the install dates moved any earlier than any regular new VM customer. Not to worry, I’ll be submitting a full complaint to the advertising standards authority

    @virginmedia been on the phone for an hour trying to sort out my broadband issue. After an hour got put through to gadget team and now cut off! This has been going on for months. Really unimpressed.

    @virginmedia Thought not. After 6.5 years as a customer, putting up with your truly appealing service this winter, and in the middle of a crisis that has caused people great hardships, you've got no answers, you offer no help - your company does not care. You should be deeply ashamed
