    @DavidBeckitt @virginmedia In my experience (so might be wrong), all the others use the same BT/Openreach infrastructure - so much of a muchness. I’ve got TalkTalk, it’s cheap & the new router is good. The customer service is poor tho’!

    Outraged! Spent 1 hour on the phone trying to sort out an order for two @virginmedia mobile phones. On top of 2 hours yesterday. Still not resolved, and can’t cancel the order without passing me on to a third customer service agent. Worst service ever! #virginhatecustomers

    @virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

    @virginmedia To resolve the issue , this internet has caused work to be lost and constant dropping out of online meetings as well as consoles iPads and PCs cannot run any games without huge lag or not even connecting this is nothing like what was promised and it’s infuriating that we were

    @virginmedia Thanks, I've already made a complaint. Virgin TV Go not working when I want to watch live football, plus my broadband dropping out three times during client meetings in one week is not the service you should be providing for what you charge.

    @virginmedia The service page is now saying there isn’t an issue but if we call, it says there is. This is so frustrating. We were also due an engineer on 8 Jan who never showed up. Please can someone look into this directly?
