    @virginmedia No it’s not, and it has now transpired that your customer services agent told me a direct lie that there was a fault in my area when there is not. Someone else has now booked an engineer to come out - next Wednesday. I can’t even have my heating on as that’s controlled vía wifi

    @virginmedia The guy I spoke to at VM yesterday said that she wouldn’t be eligible for a “disabled” phone line to be installed because it wasn’t claimed when they dug the front garden up 18 months ago. We were never given this as an option at the time, if we had we would have insisted on it.

    @nrgloz @virginmedia Your paying 75% of what we are for 35% of the d/speed there. Neighbour has just switched to Brsk - it’s full #fttp so 1Gb both up/down rather than the 52Mb UL Virgin offer via DOCSIS. £40pm

    @virginmedia In the orders and appointments section it says there are none. The text I have received confirming the appointment and threatening me with a £25 fine is different to the one offered to me by your customer services.

    @virginmedia I’ve just connected a new router for faster speeds and it isn’t working. I’ve called up and your customer services person who told me contradictory information, put me on hold and then hung up on me.

    @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

    @virginmedia I spoke to your customer service team on 2nd January who advised all issues had been resolved and my sim card was being sent out by royal mail delivery. Even with any postal delays out of your control it seems odd that it hasn't arrived.

    @virginmedia No they are not aware. I had one person from virgin who tried to help by telling me to reset the router. It hasn’t worked. I don’t know what to do. Internet is working fine one minute and not the next - no one is helping me with this.

    @virginmedia Still ongoing… we as a family unit who depend on your services, can only rely so much on mobile data before it runs out. It’s been 24 hours+ since my WiFi has been down, a RNS signal fault and still no internet connection… looks like it’s gonna be a tough few days…

    @virginmedia you have the WORST customer service imaginably possible!! I have been signed up for a month and I’m already leaving! 40+ calls and no one seems to know what they are doing! Promises of calls back that never come! no resolution! I can’t even get through to cancel

    @virginmedia We were told they were, that have said about a potentially problem with the street but at no point did you email to tell us the installations wouldn’t happen, we have waited in 3 different days now for nothing

    @virginmedia Virgin certainly hasn’t been there to help thus far. A range of contradictory explanations… but basically our internet couldn’t be installed from January when we ordered, until February. So a dongle was meant to be provided in the meantime… it didn’t arrive a week later (1/2)
