    @virginmedia haven’t had Netflix for weeks. Rang up 4 times. got an engineer date. He didn’t turn up. I had to call AGAIN. Pressed the right buttons yet Waited 40 minutes on hold as your colleague tried to connect me with correct department. Call cut out and You’ve done NOTHING.

    @virginmedia It’s simple. I’m trying to speak to UK retentions team. Got transferred from sales and dialed direct. You don’t answer. Hang up after 1hr plus on hold. Looking at forums it seems this is not an isolated incident.
