    @Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

    Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply, the issue is the cable from our house to the road. Needs a construction team, I understand it may take a few weeks but zero comms. Everything I call the tech dept they want to sell me a booster!

    @virginmedia He had no idea. We threw some theories back and forward, but it wasn't anything he'd seen or heard of before. Having a connection issue that's unique to upload was a new one to him. And of course there's no minimum acceptable limit for uploads.

    Busy at work so thought might as well do it with a chat window to @virginmedia open - see if they can tell me why they haven't acknowledged my letter of 3 weeks ago. Just coming up to 30 minutes, last 20 of which waiting for "Customer Relations" messaging team to respond.
