    @virginmedia really not a happy camper. My package is getting too expensive & when I called to ask for it to be reviewed & reduced, the call centre agent INCREASED the price, while reducing the package. I've been a customer for 10 years for all my media services

    @virginmedia Hi, Website says no known issues, however landline has been down since yesterday morning. Engineer booked for Monday, however we have an extremely sick relative who needs to be in contact, nobody on phone (from mobile) is helping with call transfers!

    @virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

    @virginmedia Whoops. Maybe I should have clarified...My connection is fine, it's your packages that need to change to give more upload capacity to customers. P.s you guys deliver a solid service to me, and have done for years.
