    @virginmedia Broadband connection and WiFi are stable but connectivity is intermittent-keeps losing connection every few minutes for 30 seconds. This is a network fault but I cannot find an option to report it. B90 1LB

    @virginmedia No estimated time. "It's a complex problem". In other words its a network fault not a line fault. Why isn't the number you shared available on your website? The service checker is useless in this scenario. The website says it's working when it isn't.

    @virginmedia You only pay out for a total loss of service. So it can be unusable but still limping along and you won't pay out. Personally I am hoping for another provider to get around to rolling out fibre in my area.

    @CISASUK @Ofcom you guys regulate @virginmedia right? Have you got any contact details for a complaint, where they’ve upgraded/recommitted a customer on a higher package before confirming the T&C’s for commission fraud and fail to call back re: complaint raised??? 🤔
