I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

My Hub has been flashing green for an hour, the Internet kicks in & then drops out again. I am a home worker and have lost an hours working time so far. Help.
