Phonecall to your call centre 3 operators still not working now waiting for a technician 2 call me back apparently within 4hrs

The guy I spoke to was for once someone I could understand, he was able to sort my issue out in 10 minutes after being on the phone for 1 hour

Why has my virgin media bill doubled and I’m being charged for making changes to my bill, none of this was mentioned to me this is a breach of contract im not paying almost £100 just cancel my package if that’s the case
