    @virginmedia Still bad - have done that. You know about the issue it seems but it hasn’t been sorted in 6 days! Have rang twice, 20 & 40 min hold before line drops. Can you advise me what is being done?

    @virginmedia @debzholmric I’ve spoken to ...7(!) of your customer service staff this evening. 2 dropped the call, most passed me on. None resolved a simple mobile phone issue. This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

    @virginmedia I’ve tried that and there has been no answer. After 40mins on hold I got cut off? It’s incredibly frustrating. Can you at least pass on to the relevant dept. That there is a serious issue in HX2?

    @virginmedia When I do the service/equipment diagnostic check - it confirms it’s not my equipment and says it is an intermittent issue affecting customers in my area - and that you are working on it? But it hasn’t got better.

    @virginmedia broadband down EVERY day at some point. Screenshots to prove it. No response to complaints a MONTH ago. Broadband & TV currently off completely. Being told three different things over the phone. Planned maintenance, outage in the area and support can fix remotely

    @Chicch @virginmedia That's about all I ever get from them. They never accept it's an issue at their end. Even when the junction box at the end of the street was smashed up they went straight to it must be an issue with my setup first.

    @virginmedia So my broadband has been down all day, told the issue is being fixed and should be up again about 9.30pm. I wonder what compensation will be offered for the inconvenience? How about an increase in my bill of £4.50 a month? Thanks Virgin!!
