@virginmedia It’s back today. I’m not happy with your service at all. I clicked the link several times, it said everything was fine. Then I called the status line and it said there was issues. I’m still owed a refund if £9.98 due to two failed attempts to watch a rented film. Overall POOR.

@virginmedia It is just unacceptable. I had a scheduled appointment and VM changed it without checking. I called the pre-install team as suggested and they don’t work sundays so I got ‘customer services’ who can’t do anything. And 24 hours for a callback! Wow!

@virginmedia They all said this wasn't possible, and kept transferring me to people who either could not help, or would just purposely put me back on hold so they wouldn’t have to deal with it. I’ve never received service as bad as this, and I will not be paying for the 3 hours on the phone.
