@JaneHutchby @virginmedia That's awful I've had so much trouble with them. They did an upgrade which knackered up my tv and virgin tv took them months and several visits to admit it was that that messed it up and eventually got them to put back to what if was! Hope u get refund x

Waiting for the @dcfcofficial takeover is as painful as waiting for @virginmedia to deliver the phone I ordered on the 3rd May. So putting this out there - always been happy with Virgin but what’s the best mobile network cause it looks like I’ll be moving.

@virginmedia it took my nearly 3 hours to cancel my contract after 7 years with you. Your customer service representative made up a fake outstanding bill from 2016 as an excuse not to help me. All sorted now but never going to be a #virginmediacustomer again.

@Ofcom Certainly - happy to detail how Virgin are failing to provide the service I am being charged for. Still no snail mail from @virginmedia - again breaking their contractual obligation. I an having to pay for BT wifi due to Virgin's repeated failures which I intend to recoup.

@craigparke @virginmedia I have had a similar situation using Virgin, we got a new router recently which we were told would fix the problem. It hasn't. Our internet cuts out at least once a day, on top of that we have had a letter recently saying our bill will increase by £3.50 a month! Shocking tbh
