    @virginmedia Would you tell me when they’re available? I pay for 500G but only get 30, even in the same room as router. Your CS Team are unobtainable, one hour on hold then cut off. Done all the trouble shooting steps!!

    @virginmedia Moving house. Used the chat stream give all my details then no one answers when moved on. Get on the phone to he told ring back . Ring later then get cut off twice after long wait. I hope you will not charge me more for the service I am trying to sort 😡😡

    @Ofcom Hi just gone through the complaints procedure with virgin media but they said they are waiting for ofcom to give the result if the speed test you did (can provide in DM if you reply) they ate saying you have to dictate what compensation level I should receive? Can U help?

    @virginmedia Why don’t you do that as so far you’ve sent me the link to the community group Fail 1. Then the 150 no not connecting fail 2 then 0345454111 is not connecting fail 3 You really know how to test a very long standing customer don’t you!

    Not sure how I get turned down for an awesome @virginmedia mobile/iPad bundle offer due to not meeting the criteria when I got approved for A- buying a house B- Virgin Media big bundle for tv, broadband & phone ... And my credit score is only 20 points off the maximum score...

    @virginmedia To just say "we are busy" on the 150 number and disconnect callers is utterly unacceptable. Then on 0345 it just drops you after 45 minutes of hold music. It is as if you are deliberately making it hard for us to cancel......

    @virginmedia It came back as per Virgin's text then the Broadband fell over again Sat pm. Then became intermittent. Seems to be ok at the moment. Loads of problems since Christmas but no refunds. Its not good!

    @virginmedia Hmmm. No the test was done on Sept I ten got a letter about 2 months later which confirmed my suspicions of a slow service after a new router and CMP plugs I’ve been trying to discuss what’s next since then. Need that callback! @Ofcom

    dear @virginmedia your service status site says no issues in my area, but the issues of the last 2 days are persisting. I am getting terrible upload speeds, this wasn't happening 2 weeks ago, now it's constantly up or down, and it wasn't even happening this morning so it's not me

    @PyrionFlax @virginmedia I had an issue like this a while ago. My whole village was slowly losing internet worse by the day and all service statuses said it was fine. Eventually it was some degrading circuit in a switch box or some ****. Took so long for then to admit it

    @virginmedia this is starting to become a joke at this stage. I don’t know how your internet manages to get so much worse every week. Speeds dropping and the laggiest, slow speeds for gaming? This is an ongoing problem and not one person has came to look at it.

    @virginmedia Why is your WiFi absolutely terrible right now? M24 area. And don't give me "have you restarted the router" because there is a lot of people in the area with 1mb or less Internet rn. Doesn't help that your website is down so I'm left completely in the dark about it.
