Happy to sell online during lockdown 1, but when delivery arrives broken (literally, 2 out of 4 boxes of tiles smashed) they have no collection service for return/refund. Took me FOUR MONTHS. Their customer service stripped back to near zero.

@virginmedia How about looking at the number of complaints out there, getting your heads out of the buckets of sand you seem to have them in, admitting the service is not what it should be and that the Hub3 is poor and then fixing the issues. Now that would be something wouldn’t it?

@virginmedia Day 4. Now on the eighth person. No further forward. I have a hearing issue and cannot call. Last two times I called via the relay system I was disconnected when they said they were transferring me.
