After 10 years with @virginmedia , & after weeks of terrible WiFi & customer service, I asked they equal BT’s deal. Operator could not do that and would not let me talk to manager, nor send a message for call back. I asked x3. Operator terminated call. Poor service!

@virginmedia FYI - the service status on your website/app says there is no broadband issues, but when I go onto troubleshooting with intermittent WiFi, it says there’s a big problem in my area. Not overly helpful, have been trying for a couple of hrs to fix ourselves 🙄

@boscoez @virginmedia Awful. They were charging my terminally ill & deaf brother £250/month for **** he couldn't possibly use. He had been out of contract for years. When I threatened to go to the regulator they just laughed and more or less said that they own the regulator.

@virginmedia We need an experienced engineer out to the house. The WIFI doesn’t work as usual despite it saying signal is good, the TV boxes installed last Friday - don’t work. Nothing works so we either need someone out ASAP or cancel the whole thing. Don’t seem to be getting anywhere
