@virginmedia Intermittent .. and for the whole street. I tried repeatedly to engage VM on this and was impossible to contact / get response. Hence I have withheld payment . Service has been so bad I understand that I can cancel contract ..

What a nightmare to try to get any assistance from @virginmedia!!! They make it impossible to do anything online and the phone team is no help. The moment I mention “Id like to cancel my contract” I got disconnected after 30 mins.

@virginmedia Doesn't matter now, we've terminated the contract and joined Three home broadband. I just think it's disgusting that a customer of over 10 years doesn't get offered a deal as good as a new customer.

@virginmedia Entire service was cancelled on 15th July. Spoke with Matthew and even confirmed everything was done and cancelled. We have received emails with random products and now a first bill with no indication of the service being cancelled. Impossible to contact anyone. HELP
