    After all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

    Ordered a new WiFi hub from @virginmedia They said it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. 10 working days later and still no hub. No contact from them to explain the delay. Shambolic service. #virginmedia
