    @virginmedia completely lost broadband service in CB245xx. Not very helpful for those of us working from home. Are you able to provide any more details than your status page tells us: We have identified the problem and an engineer is on their way. Fix estimate: 18 November 15:00

    @virginmedia Hi, I disabled 5ghz on the IP website because someone at ‘Ring Doorbell’ said it will only work on 2.4 but now none of my devices will connect to WiFi. I now can’t log back in to change it back to what it was. Is this something you can please help me with? Thanks

    Oh joy. Christmas Eve and @virginmedia has a fault that apparently won’t be fixed until 4 January. No TV or internet then this Christmas whilst stuck at home on my own 😢 ...although the service status page says ‘good service’ 🤔

    @IFALeicester @virginmedia @Ofcom Terrible company to deal with Scott, took me 8+ months to set up an installation as they had to come out to do road works. Every week promised they’d come within the next few days. Effectively no internet during that period. Left us in limbo the whole time.

    @virginmedia Internet down since yesterday. Ring: automated message says it’s an area problem. Then told it’s fixed. It stops again-they deny any problem now and suggest it cd be router but insist we wait 48 hours to see. Dau is hosp Dr. working from home! 48 hours no NHS access?

    @virginmedia what is up with the on demand service? Watched 2 episodes of The Good Doctor, now it’s saying it’s unavailable? It’s not just tonight, it’s every evening, 2-3 episodes, then not allowed. I am paying you a lot each month and not getting the service I’m paying for!!!

    @virginmedia absolutely useless idiots. I’ve sent a big complaint in. I cancelled my contract and you called up with a good deal to keep my custom no additional charges. Contract comes through loaded with charger. Hours on hold. Phone put down!!!

    @virginmedia it’s now 10 hours since I was told that someone would be put in touch with me. I am leaving you as a customer on 15/4/21. Your auto bots go round and round and do nothing. I am fed up hanging on the phone for hours on end.

    @virginmedia Still same issue. Every night between 7 and 11pm VoD does not work. Restarts/resets/tests etc = no help. Looking for compensation and help now.
