Chris Rand (@ChrisRandWrites) reported from Cambridgeshire, EnglandAfter all these years, @virginmedia still manage to provide the single worst support or customer service system I've ever experienced. They continue to find more and more innovative ways of preventing you talking to anyone, either by phone or chat. How *do* people get through?

Mike (@ArrEssVeeTwin) reported@_Alfista @jen_moxon @virginmedia Genuinely never had an issue. BT twice ignored the ombudsman’s ruling when they ****** me over tho. In the end they paid me £80 to leave. The only way to renew with Virgin is to go to cancellations tho. And they’ll still **** it up

kaan #freeimamoglu (@laankaan) reported@virginmedia So should I check your outage page daily to see if I’m getting the service I’m already being overcharged for? It took 30 minutes to talk to someone btw. Also; scaring people to overpriced renewals 6 months in advance is DISGUSTING.
