    @virginmedia Apparently there’s a fault in the area now, but I’ve seen similar tweets from Newcastle and London so it’s not just my area it’s the whole country. Really poor service these days.

    @virginmedia I have had no communication at all from Virgin Media so I am not even ware that you have logged the issue, nor even that you are doing anything about it. Presumably you will be refunding me for the days where I continue to effectively have no useful internet? @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia so you’ve run tests and there’s no fault - no tv or internet - not happy, I really don’t know why I bother torturing myself with your appalling service, and dire customer service. I know when I get through to Pune I’ll be told there’s nothing wrong. Aaargh

    @virginmedia Yes, I have checked it again and exactly the same issue. Moreover it is clear that the issue persists since I am unable to perform my remote consultation work today because of the issue. I am really appalled by the way Virgin Media is handling this issue. @MoneyTelegraph

    @virginmedia Hi, We have an issue with the broadband (LS8) being slow and laggy the past few days. The broadband is essential for work purposes. Can this be looked into and remedied as soon as possible please?

    @virginmedia I moved back to virgin in Feb as I had a house move and it wasn't on my new street.Soon as they put it in I switched back to you but it certainly isn't the "always on" service I remember. I've had a new tivo within 2 months. Line issue. And repeated loss of service.All in 6 month

    Having issues in the BD2 area with broadband @virginmedia. I work from home and the internet is vital to doing my job. Your site says no errors in my area but have tried all fixes and nothing works.

    @virginmedia Its off more times than its on of late. I'm still getting an intermittent line issue on my bb which ive had pretty much from day one and the whole service goes off in wakefield/ dewsbury area at least once a week. Its off now.

    @virginmedia Yes, it is, and the situation has still not changed I am afraid. Virgin Media has not given any further information regards this, and Ai have no idea when the issue may be resolved. It is impossible to get any information at all!

    @virginmedia You've been aware for a couple of days now. Agents are advising that engineers are out fixing the problem. Completely understand I don't know the complexity of the issue but surely it doesn't take this long when multiple houses are affected? Shouldn't it be a priority?

    @virginmedia No, it's not 'zero'. It's for 29.99. We've been on the phone for hours trying to cancel this. We've been sent 'sorry you're leaving' emails, but we never joined because your engineer failed to show FIVE times. Now it looks like you intend to charge for a service we never had

    @virginmedia I'm only writing this on twitter as your customer service people don't talk to each other. We were told and sent emails confirming that the service would be cancelled and a total of £55 compensation would be provided for the loss of service. My partner and I rely on broadband

    @virginmedia Since this morning around 9am. It’s on and off but I can’t have any meaningful calls for work due to it be so intermittent. Your service status reported an issue that would be fixed by 8pm. No saying no issues even though it’s down!?

    @virginmedia You have cut off my elderly parents phone line. Not sent out an adaptor for VOIP. They have a Superhub 2 that doesn't support VOIP. Your call centre is no help at all, do I need to go to @Ofcom
