@virginmedia It’s beyond the pale when virgin every month takes my money out of my account on the dot and I expect a service and what I want isn’t being unreasonable I’m not expecting nor demanding the world. You say one thing and do the opposite. That’s unreasonable and unacceptable.

@virginmedia My broadband still isn’t working properly signal still dropping I have to reconnect manually on my phone ... I’m waiting on txt messages to virgin and now no one is answering can you please find out what the hell is going for on! That’s why an engineer was coming today!

@virginmedia Deal offered was significantly more than a new customer. Yet can cancel, lose her means of contacting the outside world in emergencies, then join at the new customer price after (taking potentially 30-60 days). Can somebody please see through this INSANITY and do the right thing?

@virginmedia We gave up wasting time trying a while ago. Focusing on the wrong thing... Why can't the spouse of a loyal customer of 20 years just be offered prices like new customers? Why the cancellation and rejoining debacle? Leaving an ill, elderly person without their landline/lifeline?
