    @virginmedia hey my internet isn’t working. Service status says it’s good but it’s not. Running a test on your site fails and just tells me to switch it off and on again like Your talking to your dad. Can you actually check it and fix it.

    @virginmedia I had an account which I closed a few months ago, I then opened a new account at a different address a few months later. When I try to login however my new account isn’t showing as it says that “I’m not with virgin media anymore”. Can’t follow up billing etc

    @matt23gas @virginmedia It's not available because it's closing down. The Sky-Disney deal expires on 30/12. If you want Disney content from that point on, you will need to subscribe to Disney+.

    @virginmedia Yes it was for engineer to come down and relocate the router. No why would i pay for something thats not my fault, when i moved in, the router came as self install kit.
