    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    Help @virginmedia - you tell me to upgrade online but It says I can't! Half of your help pages go to an error page and sorry the rest of us are running customer care services during COVID! I want to self serve but can't and you expect me to stay on the phone for an hour!

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia I am a new customer 11 days into my account. After 8 days I finally got the internet and TV (aren't I lucky!) Now I find that I cannot create an online account for some reason??? Their IT cannot either - you could not make it up !!

    @virginmedia Why don’t you check your service status page…it’s not loading when I’m logged into my account for Virgin Media. While you’re doing that, why don’t you check for any failed status in SW11 it’s the start of a postcode…not that massive of an area for you to check.
