    @McGiff @virginmedia And me. Internet down for three days and can’t get through. This happened a few weeks ago and I found the complaints 08000521474 I think 08436580676 is switch board. It worked then. Trying again tomorrow. I am a big fan carol.

    @virginmedia very disappointed in your customer service, unhelpful, defensive and unbothered is best way to describe it. Was on fence about leaving but this has pushed a decision. Always had great things to say about virgin so this is definitely a let down

    @gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

    @virginmedia When you’ve been on hold since 7.42pm then you get cut off after 1hr 3mins of waiting. Awful Awful Awful. This is only the fifth attempt to correct a long term existing customer. As per awful advertisements on TV shall we try and disguise ourselves as new customers!

    @virginmedia - you need to up your game! my experience today: terrible customer service and head-in-the-sand about some real issues affecting several 🏘 along the road (area ref 30). I really doubt the 99.96% uptime and 200Mbps* (*conditions apply) is even close to real world.

    @JConcreteABH @virginmedia One of the reasons I dropped VM. Was paying for 200mb and only got 40 at best. Signal dropped so often but always told to reboot modem even after trying to. Got slower set up now but at least it works when I want it and not at their whim. Rant over.

    every single night around the same time @virginmedia internet goes out!!!! i work emergency shift from home and every night i have to tell my manager my internet has gone off again! not a good look i would advise no one to sign up with virgin or run while you can.

    @virginmedia Why are you telling me there’s an outage in this area affecting only one box in my house but the one I mostly use? BB fine, phone line fine and not a single other person in the area affected by outage. No mention of an outage on your phone messages.

    @virginmedia Any news on the PlayStation Network issues? Apparently there's an issue that's under investigation. It's been a couple of days now and there are STILL issues. I've checked your 'support' forums and there is no news there, and phone support is dire at best...
