Made a complaint using online form 12 days ago and not been acknowledged. Hopeless!

It's a mthly sim only, if I don't use it don't charge me - simples.

Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

I managed to get a manager on the phone in the end but it took way too long for what the problem actually was.
