    @virginmedia Hi Virgin Media, been having internet issues for a couple of weeks now, connection dropping for no reason. A reboot usually does the trick but it’s several times a day. Superhub 3. Frustrating as hell, any ideas?

    @virginmedia It found no issues although the hub did feel rather warm. I’ve rebooted it and I guess we’ll see what happens tomorrow. Not holding my breath as it’s been a daily occurrence for over a week now. Thanks for your help so far 👍

    @virginmedia Tried to renew deal, promised a price but never sent contract following call, called back and next advisor offered higher price. Eventually agreed to honor initial offer but then sent through a contract for wrong amount. Wasted 2 hrs waiting on online chat today.

    @virginmedia I have also tried the text service, and have been waiting an hour and a half for someone to answer. I have tried the options it gives in the meantime which redirect to the website which still doesn’t answer my query

    @virginmedia Not if we’re sitting within a few feet of the router. Anywhere else in the house and we lose connection. It’s a full house bundle that fails to cover the full house. It’s not a technical issue, it’s a performance issue.

    @virginmedia getting 90mb on a 1gb connection, when logged into account it says no issues when I try to call you it’s says there’s issue, and unable to chat to a human. it’s been like this for days now, why no communication from yourselves to customers to tell them what’s goingon
