@virginmedia moved house last Friday and have brought my package with me. Engineer came to check all ok. Why a week later am I still not able to receive calls on landline. I have notched up 6 hours on your holding system thus far and spoken with 1 'assistant' Grounds to cancel?

@virginmedia Have you considered that may be because it is do difficult to report a fault? Assume you monitor patterns of people carrying out automated checks. Clusters would immediately show an issue.

@virginmedia had a call off 0208 304 8040 offering to speed up my internet connection because it genuinely is crap so could do with it improving but when I asked for their number the caller threatened to disconnect my internet and hung up. Not sure if you’re aware of these calls?
