I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

@virginmedia Ah yes I remember this now - phones don't work either! I'd call on my mobile but for some reason, despite all phone operators thinking this road gets signal, it doesn't. It's in some weird black hole of signal. Managing to send messages on the 'ups' which last for a few secs

@virginmedia I have done this. It showed a fault, then didn't. I unplugged and restarted my router 3 times and kept losing connection (I note it went down overnight as my websites were not available this morning)

@virginmedia No and that's exactly the same as last time. For some reason your systems couldn't detect the fault which is presumably why it took your engineers 7 days to resolve it last time. Of course I received recompense for the dire service didn't I? Oh no, that's right, I didn't...
