@virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

@virginmedia Just done that and again no issues reported. This is the second time this week I have had no connectivity. Just tried a reset and still nothing. How do I get an engineer out as this is becoming tiresome now given the price we pay.

@virginmedia Yes got it sorted when someone in the uk listened. Virgin owed me £43. Management callback (India) I got cut off I didn’t end call waited 2 hours no 2nd attempted call from manager. Terrible service from virgin. Also when I want to make a complaint don’t try & talk me out of it
