    @virginmedia Estimated fix time, it’s been going on for 4+ weeks and yes that is the number I am calling. It reset everything and did tests and currently running HOWEVER the next drop will be 5pmish as per the norm. It last went off at 14:53. I need a human being & cant speak to one

    @virginmedia i telephoned because i wanted to reduce my services, the first call offered reduction to 47.95, never happened, second call refused to call me, third call apologies for lack of action confirmed reduction and a credit again nothing happened

    @virginmedia It was affecting the wireless connection on and off for over 6 hrs to the point where I switched wifi off on my phone! I'll not hold my breath for today but I'll certainly be in touch if this problem Carrie's on today!

    @virginmedia getting beyond a joke this no internet again in WN5 area after only getting it back working after 3 days last week you had better refund some of my money back and also data charge for my family's mobile network not good enough

    @virginmedia But the package I have is old now it doesn't exist. I don't have HD channel for itv2. And pay so much basic phone line and Internet so pay over odds. Price increases on an outdated package. You think 10 years as a customer I could upgrade my package to a current TV one

    @virginmedia I have tried EVERYTHING to speak to a human however the automated rubbish doesn’t let me get there. It just tells me there is a problem that you are trying to fix. Clearly I am aware there is a problem and has been for sometime I have done all usual diagnostics my end

    @virginmedia It’s for mine and my daughters mobile. Been going on now for 2 days. Can’t make or receive calls. Been into Virgin store today and they gave me a new sim. But couldn’t help with checking to see if there were issues in my area.

    @virginmedia Continuous intermitent issues for 6 month, Days wages have been lost we got told an engineer would be out on the 8th and didn't turn up. I need the wifi at it's best because it's how I make a living, my partner had to take days off work and we don't know if she'll be compensated

    I looked at Openreach to website to see if August is the earliest for installation and if True, I will need to cancel contract and stay with Virgin Media 1GB services. Only switched due to it being cheaper and having double upload speeds. Can I contact Openreach directly myself?

    @virginmedia Seems your checks don’t check very well. Still have robot voices, still have sound cutting out, still have **** slow broadband. Your checks say all is well, I can only conclude that a rubbish service service is normal service?

    Hey @virginmedia @virginhelp can you have a look at your wifi service in the Guildford area? It’s been patchy for weeks, now have had no connection on any device for the past 24 hours; as someone who works and studies from home a lot, this is quite worrying and frustrating
