    @virginmedia I have been trying to get through to customer service for the past two days, the call is usually immediately rejected or I am told the call waiting time is an hour. I have had enough and as soon as I get through I am cancelling my account. 😡

    @virginmedia There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the phone, I can travel to different areas and get 4 bars on my phone and it works no problem, the problem is in the area I live.The reception always used to be fine but for quite some time now it’s been awful, I currently have one bar.

    @virginmedia As was promised (via, text, tweet and written correspondence!!) I have spent countless hours on hold to no resolve. I will await your promised call. Each day I don't receive said call/contact I will continue to demonstrate publicly how bad your customer services are..

    @virginmedia Don't really want to waste another hour of my life calling back yet again! Already wasted 2 hrs was given a 'direct" number which no-one answered. Call centre can't help or understand problem. What is the point? Do U get reimbursement for all the inconvenience @virginmedia ?

    @virginmedia Already tried this & the people who answer the calls aren't authorised to deal with it and so I get another promised phonecall which is never made!!! What are you going to do to rectify the problem that's been ongoing since November 2020?!?!?! @MartinSLewis #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia Ooo a response! Now I have a dilemma - do I have to complain about the length of time it took to even try to help me with my original complaint? I do sincerely hope I actually get somewhere this time. The time I have spent trying to resolve this is astronomical!

    @virginmedia why does my super hub 3 keep resetting my WiFi password. I’m having to change it through settings every other day because it keeps defaulting back to the security key, this is causing major issues

    @virginmedia 1) Didn’t phone within 4 hours so called back. Told someone would phone Sun to make an appt. not satisfactory as husband has heart op next week & we have to isolate. Guy told me to Get a grandchild in to see technician. Obviously no idea what isolation means. Dreadful service.

    @virginmedia 2. Been customer for 12 years so asked to be put through to cancellations as was so upset at such callous treatment. Scott the magnificent in cancellations (Swansea) sorted my router problem out and offered us a more generous package. Thank you Scott - you are a star

    @virginmedia The guy on the phone has also reset our router as our WiFi upstairs is **** he said the WiFi settings were wrong and has reverted them back.. Its worse now than before!!

    @virginmedia Just sent you second tweet and Scott solved my problem when your tech dept couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me. He was professional and a true hero. Cannot tell you how stressed I was and how disappointed that that’s how you treat a customer of 12 years and elderly

    @virginmedia The team have advised 5 working days, its a technical virign mobile error, my account and number have been deactivated. I have no more to go off, I'm looking for a way to escalate this, I've just been left in the dark. Any help is much appreciated.
