Scrapped once identified.

No I waited another 40 mins and then gave up - I rang this morning but of course I’ve had to go to work and they can’t help me unless at home lol. I was upgraded to 200mb but only ever get 40 (once 212!) :(

Really not ideal...

Arthi K (@Artz24) reported@virginmedia I just rang the service status line 08005610061 and the voice said my entire postcode and mentioned that since it is a complex problem, it is taking more time to fix. But again I didn't have any estimated time. This is just sounding like a loop rather than any potential solution.
