    @virginmedia I wrote a letter of complaint about the state the road was left outside my house after your works putting new cable in. I’ve had 1 reply advising I would be contacted. I’m still waiting from December 2018. Can you give me any contact details where I will get a reply.

    @vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness F006897332 - it would be helpful if your team in Manila listened to customers rather than taking a robotic approach to support. I had to demand that a firmware downgrade take place - even after they admitted that would fix the issue.

    @virginmedia Terrible -I’ve given up and using 4g hotspot which is equivalent to dial up. I really can’t go on like this otherwise I’ll have an Ian Beale meltdown, all week it’s been awful and how do I work from home with an upload speed of 0.08? Can somebody just fix this!?

    @virginmedia Router keeps dropping the connection, live TV doesn't have a proper picture, checked cables, restarted devices. Service status check says no known issues. Calling 150 automated voice says sorry you're still having issues, there's a major fault.
