@virginmedia new equipment delivered. Old equipment deactivated. New service doesn’t work. 90+ min call to support to be told someone will come back to me within 21 working days. TWENTY ONE WORKING DAYS and I’m paying £84 a month for what exactly?

@virginmedia I’ve tried that and there has been no answer. After 40mins on hold I got cut off? It’s incredibly frustrating. Can you at least pass on to the relevant dept. That there is a serious issue in HX2?

@virginmedia Yes, it tells me everything is fine when it's not, so I've lost faith in it. I have a booster upstairs & downstairs so really shouldn't be having these issues. Also had router replaced (still version 2) & that hasn't solved it.

@virginmedia Still bad - have done that. You know about the issue it seems but it hasn’t been sorted in 6 days! Have rang twice, 20 & 40 min hold before line drops. Can you advise me what is being done?

@virginmedia Ok - we’ll thank you for at least being someone at Virgin who has actually responded to me. It’s a shame you’re not set up and equipped to help.

@virginmedia When I do the service/equipment diagnostic check - it confirms it’s not my equipment and says it is an intermittent issue affecting customers in my area - and that you are working on it? But it hasn’t got better.

@helen_ambler @virginmedia Ours is intermittent all the time. Had numerous Internet routers etc. Channels frequency changes. Still goes down. The only time I think we will ever be contacted is if we don't pay our bills. Otherwise, no communication what so ever from themselves.

@virginmedia All day/night service keeps dropping out! I’m running my phone on 4G been like for four days now and I’m working from home which is no good. Please can you sort it? It’s intermittent all the time. You send someone out and it’s ok for a while then it goes down again.

@virginmedia You’re not sorry at all, otherwise you would have sorted the problem out by now, all I see is negativity towards your company I wonder why that is, because you’re a joke that’s why!

@virginmedia How can can I get hold of you to cancel the TV service and complain about the repeated loss of service on the broadband that is financially impacting me working from home. No answer on the phone, no reply to any form of contact. #disgusting

@virginmedia @debzholmric I’ve spoken to ...7(!) of your customer service staff this evening. 2 dropped the call, most passed me on. None resolved a simple mobile phone issue. This last one (7.44pm) has ‘gone to consult a co-worker...’. (Complete silence now 59 mins in) What kind of service is this?!

@virginmedia I'm afraid not, offering me something more expensive than what I currently have when I'm not under contract and then saying there's nothing else they can do is not a good way to retain me as a customer.

@virginmedia @itsfeyii Crap customer service, long waits and don't understand a Yorkshire accent, no customer loyalty (been a customer over 16 years), need to drop down to broadband only(as can't afford) but still want £50 even though new customers can get £29 deal, so off now

@virginmedia One more thing, another reason i dont like ringing up is, i have a stammer. So wen i talk to someone, who speaks broken english, i have trouble understanding them and vice versa. Its like a comedy sketch on tv! But the wats app chat, which i prefer was useless.
