    @virginmedia my internet is down, my phone line isn’t working, #virgin’s systems are down so they can’t even look into the problem. The ‘overseas’ gentleman couldn’t help me or even tell me when their stystms are working! Poor service

    @virginmedia been without broadband or TV for 3 days now. Your information line advises “ it’s a complex issue ...taking longer than expected”. I work from home, I NEED broadband for email, Skype and data access. It’s not bloody good enough!

    @virginmedia Both wifi and cable connected the router just keeps flashing resetting then sits there pointless with connection error nothing unusual always something weekly having reconnect everything after a drop out is a pain! And yes there problems with the area you always say the same!
