    Sick of having issues with my Wi-Fi!! At least a couple times a day the router starts flashing and won’t connect anyone in my house to it! Internet speeds are slow all the time 😡 @virginmedia sort it out

    @davesumnersmith @virginmedia I have realised that talking to Twitter teams is of limited value. The responses are scripted and when they’re painted into a corner, they just stop responding. Customer Service has become a contradiction in terms. My daughter has had similar experiences with Virgin Media.

    @virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

    @virginmedia It was a five minute fix, but she lost one month of TV access as a result. She’s a nurse so arranging a daytime appointment took a while because of her work patterns. It’s her first home of her own and I felt she had been treated in a less than respectable manner.

    @virginmedia My daughter had to make 2 phone calls to your customer service department to resolve a problem with her new TV box in November last year. She was almost 2 hours on the phone & then an engineer visit solved the problem. Engineer admitted the setup instructions were at fault.

    @virginmedia It’s the WIFi and what can you do about it? I’ve been a customer for many many years and this issue is causing aggravation. Surely I should expect uninterrupted service all day every day. It’s not cheap either is it??

    @virginmedia I asked to be put through to someone who could process my cancellation. This was after being on hold for 40 minutes. Then I couldn’t really understand the man talking to me, I said I just wanted to cancel and he hung up.

    @virginmedia This happened during the pandemic too, the WiFi was turned off between 10 and 10.30pm every day. I complained then and no one ever came back to me. Now the WiFi is being turned off just before midnight. Problem is my son live streams for a living and this loses followers/income

    By the way, when I press the button to go through to the team that cancels my service, I don’t want to hear I’ve come through to the wrong team. “You’ve come through to sales” you might want to get your engineers on that. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia utterly disgraceful misleading lies to an elderly disabled woman who attempted to reduce the increased monthly £150 bill she cannot pay. To then cut off all her services leaving her unable to make vital phone calls for help. @richardbranson

    @virginmedia this must be the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Overcharged by £45 for an unexplained flexi charge. So i decided to terminate my contract now service is hit and miss since I said I was leaving…..shocking
