    @virginmedia I joined you for a €30pm deal. You just sent me a bill for €239 this month. I contacted your customer care team about this 2 weeks ago and it’s still not solved. How dare you... sort it out today. Don’t ever attempt to go near my bank account for an unagreed amount

    @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

    @MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

    @virginmedia Crap WiFi for last few weeks with calls dropping, poor audio, get replacement modem which I installed after calls finished today and set it up-CONNECTION PROBLEM & of course tech support only until 6pm! Tried FAQs - STILL NOT WORKING!!

    @VirginMediaIE I had to call your CallCenter today try and rectify a problem with my billing ( you where overcharging me) And When agent answered the phone he just answered with just hello and nothing else. I had to ask was this Virgin Media so then when we got onto my problem

    @virginmedia Also, this always seems to happen in West London please fix the issue of connection. Your service update page says no issues in the W3 area but connection is shocking. I do not want to have to reset my router because of your connection problems. Thank you.

    @Teacherglitter @virginmedia When we moved house part way through a virgin tv contract - we discovered they didn’t cover our new address - but instead of cancel our contract - they told us we had to pay for the service we couldn’t use until our contract ended! Shocking service!

    @KellyQuilt @virginmedia Virgin are hopeless for ease of contact. My daughter was with them and the service wasn’t at all good. This nonsense about calling them at a time to suit them is just ludicrous. They need to admit that they (& others) don’t staff adequately to suit their customers convenience. 🤬

    @virginmedia are you still in the business of providing broadband services? Cos your service has been abysmal these past few months and nothing works; rebooting, scanning on the app, full-on sacrifices to gods doesn't change anything and you keep charging monthly for poor service
