@VirginMediaNews what a joke this customer service is. On hold for 54mins, spoke to a representative only to be put on hold and cut off. AVOID #VIRGINMEDIA at all costs people.

@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

@josephineinnit @LauryJadee @virginmedia Yeah, this. You can call them, speak to retentions, and say you want to leave because of the price rise. 9 times out of 10, they will cancel the price rise for you and keep you paying the same. I've done it many, many times!
