rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia I’ve sent the cancellation letter by WhatsApp. Is this method listed on the website as an option? We got stuck in a loop trying to cancel online. Making it such an ordeal to stop being a Virgin customer damages your brand as it becomes a tale one tells others. Badly done.

@virginmedia Hi @virginmedia we definitely have not been given a proposed resolution. A resolution would result in a solution that gets the Internet connected, which we don't have. Offering £25 for a late cancellation of appointment may be in your code of practice but doesn't get us connected
