@virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

So frustrated with the lack of comprehensive support from @virginmedia regarding upgrading our phone line to fibre. When, after numerous calls, the router is at the opposite side of the house and all the phone operative can offer is a ‘long cable’. Ridiculous! #helpplease
