    @virginmedia We have and there were improvements made to the network yes. For most people these timeouts wouldn’t even be noticed but my day job is working in IT and we use VPN and each timeout is a disconnect so it’s very noticeable . Same with Microsoft Teams calls “Searching for network “

    @kildarekopite @VirginMediaIE I tried to get an answer from them but no reply so far terrible service from virgin media we have seen numerous channels taking away this year I think sky will be getting a call soon

    @virginmedia Truly disgusted. Waited 8 hours with my elderly mother today for an engineer to fix her phone line having been ASSURED they would call between 12-4pm. Gave up at 8pm. Impossible company to try contacting! 🤬

    @virginmedia The network is not 100% for sure.I live in a built up area so I do expect congestion on the lines but I see timeouts when I am live streaming late at night and the congestion should not be an issue then if you get me so not exactly sure what the issue is. Timeouts on cat6 & wifi

    Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

    Complaining to @virginmedia about not being able to cancel online and having to call someone. Was told that "it's for data protection, because obviously anyone could just go online and cancel your account." Could they? You might want to tighten up your website security then.

    @virginmedia And all take forever to even garner a response. I have been in a queue for text support since yesterday and told at 7am I was being transferred to someone that could help me. Finally after an hour I am painfully trying to get an answer. Slow is not the word. Frustrating def is!
