@VirginMediaIE I had to call your CallCenter today try and rectify a problem with my billing ( you where overcharging me) And When agent answered the phone he just answered with just hello and nothing else. I had to ask was this Virgin Media so then when we got onto my problem

@virginmedia Crap WiFi for last few weeks with calls dropping, poor audio, get replacement modem which I installed after calls finished today and set it up-CONNECTION PROBLEM & of course tech support only until 6pm! Tried FAQs - STILL NOT WORKING!!

@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

@virginmedia I've been having this problem for the past two weeks. Affects all devices connected to your broadband at this address. It can't be a WebSafe issue as it doesn't give an error and I frequently visit sites I would expect it to block. I'd appreciate it if this issue were fixed.
