    @virginmedia Customer of virgin media for many years - just signed up for the new Gigabyte WiFi package But as of this evening we have No WiFi - no TV - no land line Cut off all current service before the new equipment arrived Seriously annoyed

    @virginmedia In the end after 5 attempts I got to a real person who could discuss my issue. For the time being the speed you offer is by far the best but customer service is really poor. Unless it improves I will move when a competitor offers a comparable service.
