Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

@virginmedia I didn't have a package change. I've still got the same package. My contract was for £44 a month and I've got a rolling £9 managers voucher to bring my bill down to £35. I changed address and paid the £35 fee separately
