@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@virginmedia Hi sorry I'm in a bad signal area at the moment but I spoke to someone on phone at customer services and they put me through to the mobile side and they are sending me a sim card with 40gb data on it to be about to make a personal hotspot but that's all they could do
