@ciara_mongey @virginmedia Same issue here. I messaged @virginmediaie Also spoke to their support on WhatsApp. They said their is an issue in the are with a repair time of 2pm

@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻
