Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

Danni (@danni_ox_) reported@PharmacistExpat @virginmedia They could - but their website states broadband is only an issue when it’s broadband only deals, it’s it’s broadband and tv - it says any broadband, therefore anything that’s in the “not eligible” below, doesn’t count for them
