@virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

@virginmedia absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Clearly their customer service team do not listen when Virgin Media has failed to carry out basic installation work to any acceptable or recognise engineering standards
