@VirginMediaIE Maybe help schedule an engineer to install a Virgin Media Outlet. I tried calling to make an appointment but I'm not getting through with the connection dropping every time.

@F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

I swear once my contract with virgin media ends for broadband I’m leaving them! I Haven’t stressed this much in the last 15yrs! Slow connection/no wifi I feel we live in a poor country! Not that we do! @virginmedia we live in England and for wifi to be weak it’s unbelievable

@virginmedia So £8.06 per day, is that per service, Tv internet and 2 phone lines, and why is it not showing as a credit on my bill? 4 days with no phone x2 no tv and no broadband. That should be a minimum payment. During the @ParalympicsGB in which we had friends competing
