@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@virginmedia All smart plugs (tuya), printer (HP). Smart home isn't smart when it cannot connect. None will connect withuot a dedicated separate 2g signal. This cannot be an issue for VM to provide as you was providing it until the pod came and 192.168etc still has the option.

  • womsy1

@virginmedia hi, WiFi is down again in CF14 Cardiff, please advise, restarted hub numerous times with no success??!

  • Rich_Grove
    Rich Grove 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🇪🇺 (@Rich_Grove) reported

@virginmedia The devices are all compatible as long as I can split 2g and 5g as I could on your hub until the last couple of days. It is still an option but doesn't work as nothing works when changing the relevant parts on 192.168etc My internet doesn't work at all with the split settings.
