    @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

    @MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

    @VirginMediaIE Maybe help schedule an engineer to install a Virgin Media Outlet. I tried calling to make an appointment but I'm not getting through with the connection dropping every time.

    @virginmedia I joined you for a €30pm deal. You just sent me a bill for €239 this month. I contacted your customer care team about this 2 weeks ago and it’s still not solved. How dare you... sort it out today. Don’t ever attempt to go near my bank account for an unagreed amount

    @virginmedia Crap WiFi for last few weeks with calls dropping, poor audio, get replacement modem which I installed after calls finished today and set it up-CONNECTION PROBLEM & of course tech support only until 6pm! Tried FAQs - STILL NOT WORKING!!

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

    @virginmedia Yes I’m calling the staff spend a considerable amount of time chatting to me then say they can’t do it I need transferred I’m left on hold ages then you hang up! It’s happened numerous times.

    @virginmedia We’ve discussed cancelling our contract and being compensated for what will, by Thursday be 10 days loss of service, and after the experience we’ve had we will be continuing forward with that.

    @Joesephyr Unfortunately no. I've had a number of issues over the years with Virgin Media and each time they wanna wait 24 hours to see if it continues. Really frustrating when it does happen cause most of the time they're the ones doing something without telling us.
