Virgin Media says its broadband outage issue is resolved. - It’s advising people with issues to ‘reboot’ - It’s telling UK customers they can claim a “loss of service credit”; unclear for Irish customers.

@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

@virginmedia I work in customer service. Everyone (voice, social, chat and so on) has access to the same tools and info. Why you couldn't just advise outage in the first place is beyond me, rather than "wait an hour after resetting your password". Usually good, poor tonight.

@virginmedia Same as about a month ago. Said I need to enter password. But doesn't work. Have tried resetting password. Still no good. Webmail says can't access my emails right now. And when I go to the sign in page it has my name as 'Jackie' top right though the main page says 'Hi Tina'.
