    rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

    Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

    @virginmedia Customer of virgin media for many years - just signed up for the new Gigabyte WiFi package But as of this evening we have No WiFi - no TV - no land line Cut off all current service before the new equipment arrived Seriously annoyed

    Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

    @virginmedia No because there are other options, like letting the contract run or transferring to another address. If I am told at the time then i can make a different decision. Why would I terminate when it costs more than letting the contract run? I will message Ofcom about this scam.

    @virginmedia Technician couldn’t fix it apparently it’s to do with account settings which need to be dealt with be a senior member of staff and still nothing and to insult they’re being charged

    @virginmedia I left due to appalling customer service 1+ month ago. You emailed an 11 yr old email address telling me I've been charged for not returning kit. Billing emails went to the correct address? Return packing never received. Checking with OFCOM if this is sharp practice.
