This time last year I was working a delivery job just to survive and pay my car insurance/mobile bill and basic food shops. Fast forward a year. Now working 2 brilliant jobs with DIY SOS and Virgin Media, which I never would've got had I quit on Irish Football Fan TV.

@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

@virginmedia Stop patronising me. I know all about the auto compensation scheme and VM's refusal to pay it! I have it in black and white that VM is refusing payment because they say I refused entry by a VM engineer. This is utter nonesense! VM say it is a network problem anyway.

@virginmedia Also, now even more faults 20 minutes after the engineer slot. There are ongoing issues here and we do not have a full service. £4.33 does not go anywhere to cover the issues and time spent on this.

@virginmedia if you ever try to cancel the service that never worked and was never connected, within 14 days cooling off period as well, Virgin will bounce you between 20 advisers and waste 4 hours of your time and not cancel anything - criminal organisation, stay away
