    @MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

    @virginmedia are great when you can reach them-but they can’t be reached.4 times I’ve been on hold for almost 1hr waiting to ask questions. I now have a new box,but of course-it’s giving me an error reading.Brilliant.After 6pm?Tough luck if you’re a #virginmedia customer.

    @VirginMediaIE has anyone else noticed that virgin media have taken most FM radio stations off their network.. They recently did upgrade works in Dublin 3 and virtually all the stations are gone. I’ve held on the phone for far too long waiting for someone to answer.

    @virginmedia I’m having issues with your WiFi I was gaming on the PS4 and all off a sudden internet connection drops Please tell me your WiFi isn’t down I have to use my iPhone 📱 on its data 4g to actually type this tweet I really hope use fix this ASAP

    @VirginMediaIE meant to be on 120mgs,only getting 0.1🙄 seriously a big problem getting worse.Not happy paying for such a lack of service! I’m not the only one having issues. The entire area is has constant problems. Same in work & home, both with #virginmedia #virginmediaireland

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

    @virginmedia No problems in the area from what I can see guys. Have done all the trouble shooting etc and have ensured all bills have been paid. Can you please advise? Crucial to have working from home obviously.

    @virginmedia I’m busy composing an email for ofcom about how I’m forced to pay for a phone service to be able to have a package that’s overpriced. Yet when I actually want to use it, it’s broken- repeatedly. Then forced to go through stupid phone menus and wait >30 mins

    @virginmedia Still no refund though! Seems like what you said about registering an outage (which I did on the website) - and my in-law's registered as well, resulted in nothing being refunded to either. When should this be expected?
