@virginmedia Truly disgusted. Waited 8 hours with my elderly mother today for an engineer to fix her phone line having been ASSURED they would call between 12-4pm. Gave up at 8pm. Impossible company to try contacting! 🤬

@virginmedia We have and there were improvements made to the network yes. For most people these timeouts wouldn’t even be noticed but my day job is working in IT and we use VPN and each timeout is a disconnect so it’s very noticeable . Same with Microsoft Teams calls “Searching for network “

Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

@SkyIreland unbelievably poor service. New SkyQ upgrade - spent over €2k per year for last 10 years of loyalty, box faulty & best service you can give is engineer out in 6 days. I’ll be off to @virginmedia unless this changes. #CustomerService

@swipeslog @virginmedia I'm having the same problem. Every day I have to turn it off and on at least once. Right now it's been down 5 hours. I've finally got an engineer coming on Wednesday. Search results suggest my local box may have been tampered with. It just baffles me how little troubleshooting...
