@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

Day 2 of Trying To Cancel Virgin Media. Day 1 involved 30 mins on hold then a couple of minutes with a customer service rep then a Mysterious Internet Outage at their end which meant she couldn't help me. And a wait for a callback that never came, natch.
