@virginmedia internet and TV service out in Harold’s Cross since 10am this morning - any explanation for the outage or any idea when service will resume? We received no notice about this, the online check says service is working but it definitely is not

Well after my meeting this morning after 19 years in virgin media which is closing down their head office we are officially gone from there but I will be moving to Irish water to a new company in talbot street soon .

@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

@virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

Does anyone work for virgin media my dads trying to ring the past 20 mins & none of the departments are available but of course the sales department is🙄 no bother trying to sell stuff but no one actually wants to help you, my phone bill was paid 2 days ago & still not back on😡

Absolutely disgusting customer service by @virginmedia ordered broadband over 2 weeks ago to stay in touch with loved ones. Setup pack keeps disappearing in the post. Numerous phone calls, hours on hold, being hung up on TWICE and dealing with the rudest & most inefficient staff.

@virginmedia RA, it goes like this: 1. Wait an hour for someone to answer 2 they tell me they need to transfer me to another department 3. The line gets cut off This happened 3 times in January before we raised the complaint. 1/2

@virginmedia I renewed my contract in October, and mentioned it again then, they claimed they weren't doing anything for NHS staff *at all*, so I just renewed the package I was already on (because despite being terrible, you still offer the fastest speed to my address)
