@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

@virginmedia It’s an awful experience when trying to sub to any of your “packs”. I had issues when trying to sub to the kid’s & entertainment packs, I phoned your advisors to be told “we can’t do anything, you just have to figure it out online”. Such great CS!
