Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

This has now been going on for 2 years. 4 box changes, all new wiring in and out, 2x new hubs, new cables to main cab, main cab supposedly cleaned up, other local ex users disconnected from cab.
