There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

I assume they get more from advertising money when people are forced to watch adverts on their streaming boxes. Fine, I understand that. I inadvertently cut my external cable, cutting my hedge. Phoned up, - spoke to a real person first time. They came out next morning at 8.10 and replaced my cable. SERVICE!
