@F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

@virginmedia Apparently the fault was from your end as per your technician who visited 20/02 and admitted that. the speed was below 63. I called your customer service plenty of times and they keep doing the usual which is misleading me. Now what are you planning to do after months of touring?
