@donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@VirginMediaIE has anyone else noticed that virgin media have taken most FM radio stations off their network.. They recently did upgrade works in Dublin 3 and virtually all the stations are gone. I’ve held on the phone for far too long waiting for someone to answer.

@virginmedia Yes,.it took 30 mins to answer and 15 to simply cancel the contract. I can see why you do that, but I'm now one of a growing number in my neighbourhood actively warning people against using you, the CS is awful. The net is closing on those who make it harder to leave than join..

@virginmedia No thank you, after 5 days of phone calls, 3 different support agents and several attempted orders, heather saved the day! Please fix your phone's though, for Monday and Tuesday it instantly hung up every time I attempted to call.
