@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

@virginmedia @beckitumber This is not unusual though. Virgin drops out every day, every 20/30 minutes for 2 minutes at a time. Today's outage is just a more accomplished circus of lies and incompetence.

@HanTheHippy Well my Virginmedia held up most of the day but then had to log back into BT for the last half hour of work and again now... colleagues on Sky saying they've been having issues too.
