@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

@brian_y33 @virginmedia Thanks. @virginmedia is sooo slow, I can’t even access my banking app. Not fair. I’ve played the game, jumped through their loops, paid for an upgrade. And absolutely no improvement and no service. Still on hold to @virginmedia by phone incidentally. Over an hour now!

@virginmedia having loads of probs with WiFi dropping out and slow. Also not available in all rooms. Have reset everything. How do we get extenders to other parts of house? At what cost? BT are guaranteed to give access to all rooms. Does virgin media do it?

Although I did loose my rag last year when a customer adviser kept telling me I had to pay £50 & more to speak to retention team. She was the rudest, unhelpful person I have ever come across. I hung up and rang back.
