  @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

  @BlodAxeMox @ItsRusherr I had a similar issue about 18 months ago and it was actually Virgin Media at fault! Congestion on line and old splitters coming from the box on the street into my apartment! Might be worth a call to the ISP rush! For me it was timeouts on the line causing it .

  @virginmedia Yes you are virgin media @virginmedia It was the help crew or someone pretending to be from them that tried to scam us with their what's app message, getting us to download an app we had never heard of and trying to get our bank details! When we asked why, they suddenly hung up!

  @virginmedia you need to up your game guys. Two weeks of intermittent connectivity and the best you can do is tell me that I need someone to come to my home but Ill have to pay a £25 fee if I miss the booking slot. How about I charge you £25 per day for lack of service?

How's this... appointment today to install / check and over heating box that keeps cutting out.... between 12-4pm (4 hours) my old parents called you at 5 to see what was happening cause the engineer did not show... 1/2
