    @virginmedia Yes I hung up on that line and called again. Waited another hour and got through! Ongoing issue with landline not able to receive calls which is still with your tech support. Over 3 hours on the phone to VM yesterday - clearly need more customer service agents. 👎🏻

    Well after my meeting this morning after 19 years in virgin media which is closing down their head office we are officially gone from there but I will be moving to Irish water to a new company in talbot street soon .

Yeah we are still facing issues , please let me know if you need EIR code/ router details w.r.t. address to fix the internet speed and intermittent disconnects which makes it more harder to work from home.     The Bundesliga is on course to be the first European football league outside of Belarus back playing football. It's rights in Ireland are held by BT Sport, which is unavailable to Virgin Media customers so...if you're a VM customer you are stuck with Belarus for the foreseeable

    @virginmedia We tried all troubleshooting and if you're actually reading my tweet you might find details shared , @VirginMediaIE have been facing issues in Dublin since long time now which is truly unfortunate for a customer because we are paying for it.

    @potatocubed @NoContextBrits @virginmedia I spent 45 minutes on the phone the other day trying to sort out cancelling a tv package….absolutely shocking customer service. When you do get through you cant understand their broken English either, which makes it more painful.

    @virginmedia internet still down in PR4 1SQ area and has been since 6am this morning! Any updates? Lost a whole days work and whenever I call I get call centre staff who don’t even know there is a fault until they go and speak with the back office.

    @potatocubed @NoContextBrits @virginmedia It took me THREE DAYS (I am not exaggerating) on WhatsApp with them. I told them 15 times (I have the transcript and counted) that I was cancelling my services with them. More painful than it needed to be. Another example of their poor customer service.
