@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

The Bundesliga is on course to be the first European football league outside of Belarus back playing football. It's rights in Ireland are held by BT Sport, which is unavailable to Virgin Media customers so...if you're a VM customer you are stuck with Belarus for the foreseeable

@virginmedia Even I, a constant pessamist didn't expect this to last for 72 hrs. At best it's been 2 hrs and down again. Keeps switching between 5 and 2.4 on my devices. Sorry, not going to phone them again, my time will be better spent searching out a new contract elsewhere.

@virginmedia After being messed around for weeks they have finally said an engineer will come.They have spent hours on the phone being passed around getting cut off all the time. They have been paying for a packag that they haven't been getting for over 3 weeks.The service has been appalling.
