This time last year I was working a delivery job just to survive and pay my car insurance/mobile bill and basic food shops. Fast forward a year. Now working 2 brilliant jobs with DIY SOS and Virgin Media, which I never would've got had I quit on Irish Football Fan TV.

The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

@virginmedia No i’m waiting for a manager to phone me back. Surely if ur t&cs of new contract state that if i cancel within 14 days it will revert to previous, u cant go back on that? It’s been less than 24hrs. The virgin sim still works. My original contract doesnt expire until nxt year.

@virginmedia I think it might be the end of the contract. If we re-sign up with virgin with just broadband (not TV) would we get a new router because the one we have is intermittent with signal and coverage.

Anyone I know in Belfast use Vodafone as their broadband provider? Looking to move from @virginmedia, as they want to charge me twice as much as a new customer. Odd, as I would have thought it better to have a customer rather than to hope to gain one. The Vodafone deals look good

@virginmedia It's not a speed issue it seems. The Internet cuts out on wired and wireless across all devices for about 5 - 10 seconds each time. This happens every few minutes.
