    @vmbusiness @VirginMediaIE #VirginTV total waste of time #360box 360box doesn’t exist waited over 10 days then when it arrived I had to wait 6 hours online trying to get resolution which never happened. Total disaster in customer service.

    Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

    @virginmedia Customer of virgin media for many years - just signed up for the new Gigabyte WiFi package But as of this evening we have No WiFi - no TV - no land line Cut off all current service before the new equipment arrived Seriously annoyed

    Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

    @virginmedia I’m sure they are but so far you’ve moved the estimated fix time backwards and seeing as I’ve not received an issue update I very much doubt they’ve even attended yet! 3 days now with no tv and now loss of internet but yes I’m sure they’re working hard to resolve this!

    @virginmedia I'm in to my 5th day of waiting for a call back!! Sorry but Virgin Media are a shambles. I asked if, as you weren't able to transfer my account to the new address, if I could cancel my contact and switch to Sky. You then wanted to charge me £280 ish for cancelling the contract

    @virginmedia I paid to have prevent my services being cut off and even then you restricted me at 00.28am. Nothing a customer can do at that time of night. Don't make customers promises you can't keep.

    @AlexMeredithJ @virginmedia Had the same issue they kept cutting me off making it impossible to leave. I emailed the ceo direct @LutzSchueler he also tried to ignore but if you’re persistent they will eventually reply.

    @virginmedia They told me on 17th June that they needed do work outside, then checked on 25th that it was still ok to install on 28th yet this morning ring and say not coming until 1st September even though they've cancelled my current service provider

    Absolutely disgraceful customer service today from @virginmedia I have experienced broadband issues for OVER 12 MONTHS. I have spoken to 3 people just today alone; got cut off twice and have been on hold collectively for well over an hour. I have phoned several times over months!
