    @brian_y33 @virginmedia Thanks. @virginmedia is sooo slow, I can’t even access my banking app. Not fair. I’ve played the game, jumped through their loops, paid for an upgrade. And absolutely no improvement and no service. Still on hold to @virginmedia by phone incidentally. Over an hour now!

    @brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

    @VirginMediaIE @virginmedia Hi Monica, I was curious as to why you send out customer surveys but do not pay any attention to them. I have completed 3 via email in the last 8 weeks. My broadband is very slow, certainly not what I’m paying for and am@looking at alternatives
