One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

Congestion on line and old splitters coming from the box on the street into my apartment! Might be worth a call to the ISP rush! For me it was timeouts on the line causing it .

After a few seconds I get an error message page saying something about expired, then it jumps to VM page with login. Could not get a screenshot of the error message, it disappeared that fast.

The potential fix date has been moved forward several times. The latest is 1st June at 12. They haven't given any explanation and their Whatsapp is suspended. Help!

The ombudsman would clearly side with you and you probably would have already been with a new provider by now
