rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

@virginmedia She is the property owner. 10 days ago she was advised that someone would get back to het within 24 hours, but nothing. On Monday was told it would be fixed within 48 hours, but nothing. No reference number as she isn't a customer! Back to square one every time.
