Paul Nealon (@paulnealon90) reported from Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown, LeinsterThis time last year I was working a delivery job just to survive and pay my car insurance/mobile bill and basic food shops. Fast forward a year. Now working to brilliant jobs with DIY SOS and Virgin Media, which I never would've got had I quit on Irish Football Fan TV.

Howard Hughes | Lifestyle (@master_the_mind) reported from Firhouse, Leinster.@VirginMediaIE Imagine a service provider tells you your billing cycle is the 8th - 8th each month. Then adds 3 extra weeks to your bill and says it’s charging you from the 27th - 27th of each month but hasn’t changed your billing cycle! #VirginMedia #Virgin360 #doublecharging
-
Megan Roantree (@MeganRoantree) reported from Dublin City, LeinsterThe fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?
-
Simon Killeen (@SimonKilleen91) reported from Dublin City, Leinster@virginmedia No problems in the area from what I can see guys. Have done all the trouble shooting etc and have ensured all bills have been paid. Can you please advise? Crucial to have working from home obviously.

dave anderson 💙 (@56Hz) reported from Dublin City, Leinster@John_B_Stewart @British_Airways Having worked in Support for 25 years, unfortunately I know all of the maths. Outsourcer gives good price, undestaffs, survives QBRs with client. Company saves, customer and call agents are all in hell. See also: NTL/Virgin Media and all iterations thereof.

David Richards (@DWRICHARDS) reported@virginmedia Thanks so much. Who should I ask for?! Current promise via Chat is a chq within 30 days. The problem with contacting Virgin Media by phone or online when you are a former customer chasing a refund is that it is difficult to get past your security checking if it's an old a/c.
