@virginmedia so, I've set your remote to control the volume of the TV. The volume works fine by I can't change the TV imput either from your remote or from the TV one. WTF?

Virgin Media’s online customer systems are quite bad: unclear, evasive and glitchy. Its Whatsapp customer service is quite good, though — fairly quick and able.

@virginmedia my father is in a nursing home in Leixlip, no TV for 2 days. No visitors, it’s the only entertainment they have. Please could you prioritise this. Things are bad enough as it is.

rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

@virginmedia So 9 months after my last contact with @virginmedia on here and still no solution but still charging the same, had a technician out and blamed it on the sound bar not using it anymore and the audio sync is awful. Chat and call both disconnect so can't talk to anyone about it.

Having to restart my 35 minute programme 25 times to get through an episode is unacceptable service from @virginmedia I was told Thursday broadband would be fixed by Friday pm after weeks of intermittent service. Think it might be time for a change of provider

@virginmedia Its so intermittent that its usually fixed before id get through on a call. Wondering you don't have software that monitors these types of glitches. As you've designed things to go through central box now its a bigger issue. Didn't happen before.
