@virginmedia internet and TV service out in Harold’s Cross since 10am this morning - any explanation for the outage or any idea when service will resume? We received no notice about this, the online check says service is working but it definitely is not

@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia The big issue is you keep putting up the prices and I’ve had enough of it. When the contract finishes I’m OUT! Rip off! You keep sending me replacement refurb routers instead of new working one same problem again and again! Then you take hours to answer the phone!!
