Other routes through the phone menus lead to wait times of an hour or more. Your phone customer "service" is always bad @virginmedia, but this is ridiculous. Tough times due to C19 shouldn't just become just an excuse for sharp practice.

As a big boxing fan I am usually happy get PPV cards on @virginmedia. I've paid £26 for the Joshua event tonight and the picture keeps breaking up and occasionally stopping completely. I don't seem to be the only experiencing this. Please resolve this issue @virginmedia
