Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@O2 Thanks. I followed all the instructions and still have problems connecting to WiFi Extra. When I try to connect to O2 through to the Virgin Media service I’m told my mobile number isn’t registered with O2 WiFi. Which it is. Any ideas?

@virginmedia Wired Ethernet tests, across both a MacBook and hardwired Mac. Have reset the connection 3 times and nothing improves the upload speed. 100mb of files uploading takes around 5 hours. Seriously awful.
