@tumsh21 @virginmedia Terrible mate! Brought the service to Musselburgh and I’ve not heard anyone saying they are satisfied. Biggest complaint has been around customer service. Sales answer calls in 2 mins. Customer service 45 + mins

@virginmedia I was meant to be WFH but had to take a holiday instead due to the farce that is Virgin Media. You have to have reported the issue and be without service for 48 hours before you can be entitled to £8.40 per day. A complete joke.

@virginmedia Yes and the time has continued to change from yesterday 4pm, today 1.10am, noon and now 4pm for when it is going to be fixed. Your service is abysmal. Be honest with your customers and stop being disingenuous. Lots of people in the area facing the same issue.

@virginmedia I think you mean residential ACCOUNTS. Alone on Twitter you can see people complaining about lack of service since yesterday morning due to your supposed scheduled improvements in the SAME area. Social media elsewhere I can see lots of people experiencing same issue as myself.
