This time last year I was working a delivery job just to survive and pay my car insurance/mobile bill and basic food shops. Fast forward a year. Now working 2 brilliant jobs with DIY SOS and Virgin Media, which I never would've got had I quit on Irish Football Fan TV.

The fact that there is a weird, outdated weight-loss show on Virgin Media 2 just before #LoveIsland is just wild to me. So many young people are tuning in to watch Love Island and catching even 15 mins of this before hand does so much damage and is also just really out of touch?

@VirginMediaIE why are some channels not available on my #virginmedia TV Box. For some odd reason the #FACupFinal is not available on any of the #virginmedia channels and @BBC1 is one of the channels in which the signal is down.

@virginmedia There are known area issues but apparently i have specific issues too. The engineer won’t phone me or visit. I know you will just go through a set dialogue of tweets which will eventually ask me to text or call customer service, which then ends up with me getting ignored again.

@virginmedia I followed the steps there is nothing wrong with the equipment and it doesn't list anything wrong in the area however at the times it goes down other people with virgin in the area who I know also experience the same issues

@mhwhippet @virginmedia Same situation here. Paying a fortune for no internet service and no customer service., can’t speak to anyone about it. Virgin media do not care as they have money coming in. Not good for your reputation in the long run.

@virginmedia @virginhelp 1 hour wait to get something sorted that should have been already sorted? The link doesnt solve my problem. I should be refunded 1 months bill for the bad signal, and now for the hassle i should be refunded more. Still intermitting signal problems aswell.
