@F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

@virginmedia We can't stream anything through the Virgin box. On demand doesn't work, nor does Netflix, or prime video. These apps work when accessed through our xbox, there's no problem on laptops. Weirdly, iplayer works through Virgin. Reboot fixes it for a few days then down again....

So after being totally screwed over by @virginmedia we’ve signed with another company. They can’t get us online for 10 days, so any ideas as to how we can temporarily hotspot to get Wi-fi? We tried #BT- they took our money, but the service didn’t work. All ideas cv welcome!
