    @MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

    @virginmedia Crap WiFi for last few weeks with calls dropping, poor audio, get replacement modem which I installed after calls finished today and set it up-CONNECTION PROBLEM & of course tech support only until 6pm! Tried FAQs - STILL NOT WORKING!!

    @Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

    @VirginMediaIE just moved to virgin mobile today .. data works , can receive calls but can nit make calls and your tech service line is close #virginmedia #help

    @virginmedia now waiting 45mins for support to pick up - you said 20mins! The problem is your service is so awful I can’t do this online. Please let me know if the 20mins is a lie and that you don’t answer at all.

    @donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

    @Benleo It's a long time since I was on virgin media. They had just taken over from ntlworld. It used to annoy me that they could never get TV, broadband and phone working together at the same time.

    Anyone got any advice on how to get @virginmedia to help solve a problem? My WiFi and TV have not been working since Thursday and I am told the outage in the area may not be fixed until Tuesday. Hard to accept.

    @virginmedia @RobRollin2 If you have the 1gb they are free plus most WiFi issues are due to devices & not the service. Plus you can if want put in modem mode & use your own equipment

    @virginmedia Sort your service out now! Internet has been intermittent since the start of may with the fix date being delayed 4 different times. In the last like hour there have been around 5 outages with disconnects lasting several minutes. This is completely unacceptable.

    @Benleo Trouble is, Virgin Media isn't British owned. Regardless, it should be written into law that if you provide telecommunications to British customers, the call centre serving sales and customer service must be based in Britain.

    @Benleo Sadly that experience is not exclusive to @virginmedia @skytv are exactly the same, their customer service is also non existent, they care little for the customer and have no regard for customer loyalty or satisfaction. #skytv

    @virginmedia spoke to your customer service team in regards to my bill. I'm still waiting for my email to say that this month's bill is wrong and to send the correct one. Its been more than 24 hours since I spoke to them.
