@F_Silvia95 @virginmedia Hi Sylvia, I spoke to James on the Customer Service Team and he has advised that they are aware of an outage in the area. There is an Engineer on site and an estimated repair time is 12 o'clock. Hopefully it will be sorted sooner 🤞

Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

@virginmedia The cancellation has been discussed over the telephone with 2 separate teams and also (on your advice) via WhatsApp. Virgin Media have all the information required to cancel our account. We are done and we will waste no more of our time!

Virgin Media Roaming does not work. I am in Italy for a month and can't hear the caller. Made changes VM suggested and didn't help. Now they say I need a new Sim - whie in Italy?! Lots of others with the same issue on the VM Community website. AVOID!!

@virginmedia hi, facing issues in setting up the hub 3.0 for the first time. Instead of solid white light I get solid yellow light at the bottom. On connecting my phone to the wifi it says "connected without internet". Unable to find any help on your FAQ pages.

@virginmedia Just signed up with you because I was assured that there was a feed into my new flat and I could easily connect the router. There isn't and so I can't but trying to cancel in the cooling off period seems impossible. Please advise how I do this.
