rang 3 weeks ago to cancel tv and it was never cancelled took 9 phone call attempts hanging on for hours To find out after 2 hours queue there was no request on file so agent never processed3 weeks ago. Disgusting service Virgin media

Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

Avoid @virginmedia I started a wifi contract in March/21. It supposed it comes with an Amazon voucher never received. The service was never installed or provided after several appointments requesting installation. I cancelled the contract after 40 days of waiting for the service.
