@Dublin_Suzy @MaiaDunphy @VodafoneIreland Only if you're switching provider on the same network - if switching to/from Virgin Media to eir/sky/Vodafone/Pure you might need to cancel with your existing provider too - so always check just to be sure (there are a total of 7 networks and more providers)

@MarkPaulTimes Problem is RTE Newstalk and Virgin Media see ISAG as presenting the settled science...Don't question the assertion they repeat..."If last July we had implemented zero covid.. would need no lockdown for last 6 months"...Media see anyone against them as some sort of covid deniers

@griptmedia @john_mcguirk From RTE point of view cheap price...Means they never have to have John McGuirk on again for fear of libel....Newstalk and Virgin media can use the same excuse....

.@VirginMediaIE Imagine a service provider tells you your billing cycle is the 8th - 8th each month. Then adds 3 extra weeks to your bill and says it’s charging you from the 27th - 27th of each month but hasn’t changed your billing cycle! #VirginMedia #Virgin360 #doublecharging

@Joesephyr Unfortunately no. I've had a number of issues over the years with Virgin Media and each time they wanna wait 24 hours to see if it continues. Really frustrating when it does happen cause most of the time they're the ones doing something without telling us.
