When I informed them that i had moved house to an area they did not cover they pushed me to stay until my contract ended. I had also had several technical difficulties to which they delayed any actions to fix the tech issues; what was the issue? i was unable to change my email. I call their customer service dep and neither of them were able to help me. This happened on several occasions Where i had to wait WEEKS for very easy to solve problems. @virginmedia

I have been told 17 times now that it would be sorted, still not sorted. I think I’ll need to move all my family’s phones.
