Does anyone work for virgin media my dads trying to ring the past 20 mins & none of the departments are available but of course the sales department is🙄 no bother trying to sell stuff but no one actually wants to help you, my phone bill was paid 2 days ago & still not back on😡

@mickln91 They were on RTE. The Europa League semi finals nor being on terrestrial TV were more of a problem (as an Eir subscriber who had Virgin Media Sports removed from my channel list before Utd got beaten the other night).

@virginmedia Nothings actually been set up but I’ve been sent the router and cables with the self-help installation guide . I did initially agree to the sales patter and an account was created but I cancelled within the 14days you will see from your computer- seems silly to send it back #UC

@virginmedia Following your advice, I called back. Eventually a distracted agent answered and through much background noise & confusion I was advised that due to technical issues, they would need to call me back with 2-3 hours. I received no call back.

@virginmedia This has been over a month of intermittent issues. Your app says it'll be fixed by 12.30, your phone service says 1.30 and your advisor says 4/5pm. Not sure any of you know when this will be fixed.
