    @virginmedia I rang Virgin again after work, redirected to technical advise, done some things from his end and he said it would settle down and be just fine .... the internet is dropping off just the same, no improvement

    @virginmedia No, never been asked before. And the advisor said ‘within 4 hours’, engineer turned up today, I’m not there! He said they don’t work Sunday anyway. Advisor needs some re training.

    Just put another complaint into Virgin Media about the fact that my original complaint from the 22/04/21 has not been dealt with and no details of when it will be if ever. I complained about having to make over 13 phone calls all lasting at least 20 minutes and 2 engineer visits

    @virginmedia been on live chat hold for nearly 30 minutes and it’s still saying 45 minutes wait as it did at the start. Not very good customer service since pandemic.

    @virginmedia I have an issue with my wifi signal being weak upstairs - until last 2 mths it was perfectly fine. However it’s impossible to speak with anyone - I don’t want the automated system or a broadband check as service is fine it’s just range. Unhappy customer

    Come on @virginmedia I'm again being plagued by #fake #scam #fraud calls on landline. I'm not registered anywhere and on blocked lists. There's auto diallers i believe but operators should be cracking down on this.

    @virginmedia @vmbusiness why does my RTC internet connection disconnect every hour and connect 10 seconds later? It’s been happening for weeks, every hour it will go down for 10 seconds then reconnect??!?!? It’s problematic for my work!

    @virginmedia So let’s think about this, I have a hub, it’s in one room, I have numerous appliances which run of Wifi, which are portable ie can be used everywhere, but you feel I should only use wired device! Not really selling your service well are you!

    @virginmedia The other issue your engineer was in yesterday surely he would have checked these things out ? Personally i dont think he was very experienced or didnt know how to do his job properly.

    @virginmedia A lady told me two weeks ago it would be sorted end of the week. I rang again a lady said she would contact manager and ring me back that day. Never happened, I will can take complaint to next level and then the independent complaints ombudsmen. Virgin complaints procedure poor

    Broadband has been failing since Sunday, phoned Virgin Media at least 6 times ! Engineer came today said he had fixed it, hour later exactly the same problem. Very poor service and they say I should use broadband less

    @virginmedia Nothing that springs to mine, but ive never known it to constantly drop off, some of the reasons the operators are giving me are silly and I told the lady it was rubbish.. im sorry but I am fed up of ringing every day and getting nowhere. I think i will have to move broadband

    @virginmedia It seems to behave like the router is shutting the connection down on devices that are requesting the bandwidth eg work laptops. Had a similar issue with you years ago and customer services put a credit on the account to cover the cost of a third part wifi router to resolve.

    @virginmedia , area 20 in Brighton still playing up since 31st March. Fine all weekend and then come working day, it goes again. Needs sorting ASAP as our business are losing money and I’m not willing to pay for a service I can’t use. Complaint Ref C-3103211747

    @virginmedia @VirginMediaCC Absolutely terrible customer service, original install date of 25th of February and still nothing. 5 different people have been out, external install finally done but no updates on the system so just have a wire hanging outside now.

    My @virginmedia Hub 3 is permanently showing an overheat status, and speeds are less than 50% of usual. Virgin Support don't care as long as I can connect to the Internet. Guess I won't get support until it dies (or gets so hot it burns my house down!) 😕 #CustomerSupportFail

    @virginmedia Would really appreciate a call from your PIC team. Been on the phone to virgin for approximately 5 hrs in the past 5 days, keep getting sent from team to team, provided with different contradictory messages. Installation delayed 6-8 weeks with no resolution provided.
