@virginmedia disgusting service you wait in all day for an installation to be told it’s been cancelled when you call and the Philippines call centre you speak too cannot help at all - day lost of work virgin don’t care. Then told now have to wait until the 17th April.

@virginmedia no one will help me because my name ‘isn’t on the account’ but it should be if the transfer had been actioned properly. You have the form and my ID etc. Yesterday someone would help, today no one will. I can’t even speak to disconnections, because of this problem!

@virginmedia I have tried to get through to someone on your live chat, when I select exsisting customer I get told everyone is busy. If I select new customer I get through straight away. What a way to treat existing loyal customers!

The problem wasn’t resolved, informed that many customers were phoning with a similar issues with BT sport. Can’t log onto the app as my WiFi is currently not working either! That’s being looked at on Friday @virginmedia

@virginmedia Media services. I do, but we are going through a divorce, so tension is an issue, and we have already ‘dealt with it’ but no one your end has actioned the transfer or is prepared to help. You had my £20 and ID and proof of address and transfer form on 21/3/19 so well over 30 days

Never use @virginmedia for broadband there useless! I was on the phone to them for 1hour & 30 mins my issue still hasn’t been resolved & they passed me to 4 different members of staff then they put the phone down on me! Complete ignorance!

@virginmedia 2. Consultant has offered me 125mbps for 44 pound (18month contract). I am customer for over 8 years, it just amazed me HOW IT IS POSSIBLE, that @virginmedia offered this to an 8 year customer, while having on website SAME DEAL for 26.5 a month.

5. What I would suggest to @virginmedia customers: Once your contract is finished, just end it. There is no point to be with them, since they don't respect your money. But if no other choice: end it. Ask for a service as new customer.

@virginmedia No broadband since 2pm yesterday. The live tracker shows no outage but the 0800 561 0061 days there is an outage in my area (Wn72jj). When’s the ETA? Because i phoned up the guy said an engineer is not available to 14th, will I be entitled 5 days compensation then?

1 My @virginmedia broadband contract has finished. So it has been changed to 30day rolling contract. Massive price increase (from about 35 to about 55 quid), as always. Called @virginmedia support to sort it out, to get me on new contract.
