    @a_kiwi_fox @ameliadenys @virginmedia At least in the 80s we knew there were limited modes of communication. In 2019, customer service is key 🔑 so thy should have found a way to communicate with us even if it means liasing with another competing network.

    @virginmedia I want an engineer to attend ASAP. I’ve had a text saying the fault is resolved but it’s not. I’ve told you that we had a booster fitted in September which was working fine until you did the upgrade in my street last week and now it’s still not working. The booster needs updating

    @virginmedia Hi, had problems with the internet today in SL9, been told by your support team to restart the router, Tay didn’t work so was told it would be resolved by Monday... sorry not good enough! I’m an IT engineer that needs the internet!!

    Unacceptable @virginmedia!!! My husband bought an EE phone and now following the migration he can't use it so has no phone. Virgin mobile's response "buy another phone". No help whatsoever. Terrible customer service.

    @virginmedia It was for landline and broadband. After hanging on for 25 minutes I gave up and put the phone down. You are currently charging me £59 a month whereas Sky have offered me a package for £26 a month

    @virginmedia Thanks - I’ve run through it but it seems like an actual signal issue rather than a local config issue. I’ve also checked the coax cable on my end and it’s in securely (tried re-seating it as well).

    @virginmedia To be fair got through after about 35 mins & they resolved my issue quickly & I was very happy with outcome, just a bit frustrated @ time because of hanging on phone for so long.

    @virginmedia Engineer coming tomorrow morning. 4 days with 200mb internet at about 10-20mb, and even slower from some hosts (60kbps). I use this connection for work and had to work several hours extra due to these issues.

    @virginmedia You should have a working email address and postal address I will be contacting Citizens Advice, Trading Standards, and Ofcom regarding unable to contact except through Twitter, as a Business you should look after your Customers and with you since 1999 a long term Customer

    @virginmedia it’s been four days without broadband. You keep on saying that an engineer is working on the issue in my area. Maybe send another one to get the issue resolved. My LO is missing his pal #peppapig

    @virginmedia Yes my renewal is due 3rd March, but I have had numerous connection/coverage issue and wanted a better deal but feel the staff weren't very accommodating or understanding for a loyal customer of 8yrs, seems like new customers are a priority. Regards Kamran.
