Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Abysmal customer service by @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. After waiting 6 weeks to move from my current broadband provider to Vodafone and 9 hours of online chat and telephone calls, I now have no service on changeover day. Not the best start for a new customer. Was it worth it?

For gods sake @VodafoneUK get rid of the customer services line's hold music that features WHISTLING. It's EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL to listen to on a phone speaker, especially for someone with a hearing disability.

@VodafoneUK I have been put on hold for nearly 3 hours so far today after you have cancelled my broadband instillation without informing me in the middle of my sons gcses. I'm still currently on hold. Not happy. Your customer service is poor at most
