    @VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

    Great. Change broadband provider to @VodafoneUK because I was fed up of poor internet from my previous. Connected but no internet and no way to contact help. Wife already has lost half a day of home working. 😠

    @VodafoneUK and so...5 hours worth of phone calls today with a number of different people & no one has any authority to sort ANYTHING OUT! 22 years as a loyal customer & you couldn’t give two shits!! I now have to wait 2 days for a manager to call me! Just wow @VodafoneUK

    @kathrynstimpson @VodafoneUK It’s ridiculous trying to get anything resolved isn’t it & god forbid the call drops you have to start all over again it’s painful frustrating & no managers are available! Where are all these ‘managers’ I’m sorry you’ve had problems too

    @VodafoneUK Well. I think I should give up on ever expecting the booster and dongle to ever turn up even though I am paying for them. Just like my slow broadband speed that was being looked in to. I am not impressed.

    @VodafoneUK Broadband and cellular is working now but it effected my friends (who’s on voda) and mine (I’m on talk mobile) there was no service for at least 40 mins and my broadband had no internet connection for the same amount of time, all sorted but was just wondering what happened

    @VodafoneUK worse thing I ever did was join Voda network I should have never let @o2 was with them for years and been with you guys since January and I wanna pull my hair out now. Always having problems with 3G well I want out now
