    @offCOMM @VodafoneUK I am really gutted on broadband go live date. When I initiate the process to switch broadband service from BT Vodafone given a date of 20th Jan as go live date but unfortunately I am out of internet for whole day.@VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK to be honest it's quite annoying that your renewal team can't help with customer service issues I have. If you call me to get me to lock in a contract for 18 months it would be better if you could deal with billing errors.

    @VodafoneUK so after 1hr 25 mins on hold, the rep finally tells me that that the 'Disconnection' team have gone home for the day and I now have to call again, even though I called 1 hour before close time. CLASSIC Vodafone customer care - can't wait to leave this 2nd rate service
