@VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK I took out a new contract in June and every bill has been incorrect. They billed me more, as the new contract worked out cheaper. They interfered with a non-related bundle and reset all the charges. Would love to leave. Their Customer Services is a maze and have been hopeless.

If you have a choice between super-wifi from @VodafoneUK and dial up AOL from 1998, the internet you got with a cd-rom, that was as slow as anything and it took days to download a single photo, choose the dial up every time, never choose @VodafoneUK, the dial up was much better.

@VodafoneUK It seems there is a wider outage in the estate affecting multiple households with different providers. Perhaps something has happened with openreach. Other providers are sending out a mini hub as a replacement for now. Any ideas?
