@VodafoneUK unbelievable response from your contact centre around Ukrainian refugee SIM cards. Call handler could not have been more unhelpful or rude. As a long standing @VodafoneGroup customer I am shocked by the response I have just had. Unhelpful in the extreme.

@VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

@VodafoneUK Not only do you sell faulty phones but when you do agree to fix a phone that is a couple of months old, you won't send a replacement and don't give a chance to BUY a new phone before it's collected. By the way l have cancer and need to be contacted by the hospital!

@VodafoneUK Wi-fi calling does not help because it does not allow sms and sms ist required for banking and other facilities. It also fails regularly to connect incoming calls which are sent straight to voicemail.

I just spent 25 mins talking to someone in ur customers service about the fact i had put on 10 credit yesterday then switched my phone off then switched it on later only to find out i had no credit this woman i spoke to was very rude i towards me @VodafoneUK
