    Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

    Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

I had big problems with them a while ago,managed to get my broadband cancelled early because of their atrocious service.Also I bought out the phone from the contract but they refused to unlock it for 3 months so I wasn't able to use it on o2.
