Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.
-
Alexandra Blue (@alexandrablue4) reported from Hackney, EnglandI would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. Bogdana (@Bogdana) reported from Islington, EnglandHere's a good example of "surprise & delight": you're an ISP and a client moves home & wants to keep you as their provider. You tell them the service will be up in the new house on x date and u make it available at 6 am, NOT at 11pm on that day. Hint hint @VodafoneUK
-
Johnathan Dickinson (@J0nnyDickinson) reported from Barnet, England@VodafoneUK Tobi is in no way helpful, and does not handle calls only text chat. It's ridiculous most call options refer to Tobi and hang up. I had to choose the option to cancel my contract just to speak to a real person about a screw up on Vodafone's end.
