The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

But that it could take 48 hrs. Shame this wasn’t escalated on Day 1 instead of being told to ‘reset it and it will be fine’, repeatedly. It’s not.
