Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

Hey @VodafoneUK how come you are still unable to resolve a Home Broadband account issue caused by yourselves which has been ongoing for 3 months? Today the Broadband line failed and it can’t be fixed because the account issue means the line isnt showing on my account!!!

@VodafoneUK Are you sure? I doubt that. I had called customer service several times and you couldn't solve the problem even one time! On top of that, your network service is disgusting. I am paying for 5G and I bearly get 4G that too with just 2 bars network! Vodafone is a joke!
