    Arghhhhh @VodafoneUK you are so frustrating!! 😤 Was offered extra 100GB data last week, texted as requested to take up offer but it wasn't applied & now I've run out as I assumed it was there!! Your call handler said there were issues with this offer & there had been many calls!

    @VodafoneUK I have been let down by Vodaphone. My engineer visit was booked for 01/02 and I change this to 04/02 I waited in all day and no engineer arrived. Soonest I can get an engineer now is 14/02 UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel my contract.

    I’m on hold to customer complaints @VodafoneUK and I am astounded by the rudeness of the agent I have just spoken too. I’m gobsmacked he spoke to me the way he did. If he was my member of staff he would be disciplined and dismissed.

    Hey @VodafoneUK / got my new broadband installed. Realistic speed is 7Mbit/sec. Your advertised 70Mbit/sec "sync" speed is irrelevant and is classic mis selling. @ASA_UK as a 15 year Vodafone customer I am truly #Disappointed #NeverVodafoneBroadband #missold

    @Wandsworth3 @VodafoneUK This is the first disruption I’ve had - but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them. Their social media account needs to be far more proactive. I fixed the problem by fiddling around with my DNS settings.

    @VodafoneUK Don’t worry, I cancelled an upgrade. It took 40 mins to explain to your colleague over the phone the nature of my complaint - 40mins! My post here is clear & everyone understood what I posted apart from @VodafoneUK - go figure. I will NOT renew my contract. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK another call to the so called Vodaphone customer services. My third attempt to get them to do their most basic of jobs and sort out my phone and broadband home move. @VodafoneUK are the most rubbish phone company, totally useless.

    Here's a good example of "surprise & delight": you're an ISP and a client moves home & wants to keep you as their provider. You tell them the service will be up in the new house on x date and u make it available at 6 am, NOT at 11pm on that day. Hint hint @VodafoneUK

    I don’t normally do this but has to be said that @VodafoneUK Have delivered some of the worst customer service of my entire life the past few days. Contradicting statement, lost SIM cards, no explanations. Spent 2 full days dealing with agents and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK Eventually a lovely lady, Omnia rang me back after sending me a link I did not fully understand. Apple tech mirrored my screen and guided me so now fixed. Why don't @VodafoneUK use screen mirroring? Would go faster and prevent stress for customer?

    @VodafoneUK i tried contacting customer service, waited 44 mins on hold, at the same time online to a virtual rep, not at all helpful. Just need to resolve a tech issue with my apple watch. But yet its taking more than a week to resolve. Any help?

    @VodafoneUK is Vodafone aware that 4G data feeds are not working on IG Index since their outage Sunday. I understand some problems have been sorted but this still not working. If you switch to Wi-fi problem is solved definitely the 4G network.

    @VodafoneUK Disappointing. Made 2 calls to 191. The 1st time, after 30m, I was disconnected. The 2nd ended after 50m with ‘the team you need to speak to is not available, use online chat. It was online chat that told me to call 191. I was calling to cancel my broadband contract.
