I said I was ending the contract. 10 mins later they rang to offer her new channels free if she stayed. I replied “ she’s bloody dead and and God has sky in heaven.” They got the point! No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !

Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
