@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

It appears @VodafoneUK reward loyalty by adding £6.95 to your first bill for a delivery charge of an upgraded phone despite not mentioning this anywhere when placing the order. Next time I’ll switch network #deceiving #noloyalty #hiddenfees

@kirkinho7 @EE Would never go back to @VodafoneUK the worst customer services I have ever experienced. Moved to #skymobile two weeks ago. Very smooth and exceptional service. No regrets from me. Only downside, can't use the WiFi on the tube. If that's an issue for you.
