    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    TIL that @SkyUK Q Box interferes with any other WiFi booster from competitors. After going through support with @VodafoneUK broadband, However still getting 800mbps on wired and only 150-200Mbps on WiFi. All because FTTP has to be at front of house meaning WiFi all devices.
