Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK I’m dealing with someone called Calum, who clearly doesn’t know how to work under pressure, in a crisis situation you need strong people. Is it possible to talk to someone at Vodaphone, no one is picking up calls, response time via message is unacceptably slow.

Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

I got my Google Pixel 6 with @VodafoneUK for £24 a month (100GB data) and just got mom the Pixel 7 from Vodafone for a couple quid more and my NHS discount... Ditching O2's bizarre fees. Always recommend Vodafone and Virgin for providers in terms of cost and customer svc 👍🏼🥰

@VodafoneUK I doubt it very much given the service so far. Nobody seems to have a clue why it isn’t working. Tech support can’t stay on the phone over 29 mins and then when they ring back it cuts off over and over. If we can’t work, we’ll be leaving. Never had such a farcical switch.
