    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

    @VodafoneUK thank you, finally. Is it your Customer Service policy to refuse to give this information after 4 direct requests because I do not believe for one second the poor agent I repeatedly asked was acting on his own judgement.
