    I am so fricking done with @VodafoneUK I have 3 contracts with. I have recommended them to people and on one contract I have had issue after issue. This customer service person is the rudest of the lot!

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK Hey, I've been getting Scam Robocalls from a specific block of numbers which seem to belong to your network. I have reported them to the ICO, but I assume you guys would be faster at shutting then down? I can DM you the numbers if you want, there's been 6 so far.

    @VodafoneUK morning, i am a cuurent vodafone customer, your monthly sim only plans can they be activated without changing my sim card? Reason i ask as im stuck outside the uk due to covid and use loads of data each month. So need a plan with unlimited data.

    Arrange a callback with Vodafone whereby the agent waits for you to answer then simply hangs up, thus ensuring that they’ve lived up to their end of the transaction by ‘technically’ calling you back. More sterling customer service from @VodafoneUK
