I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

@VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

So disappointed with @Vodafoneuk. Tried to upgrade last Monday in Store. Nine working days ago, now I'm told another 10 days what a joke. Why agree the upgrade if you have no stock. No way to treat a customer of over 10 years 🙄😞😠😱🤡

@VodafoneUK my phone is restricted and told me to call customer service... I called, and it just repeats what it’s been saying when I try ring other numbers. It also didn’t send me my normal text to say my bill was due and tried to pay it on the day and said I have nothing to pay

@VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

@VodafoneUK why can't I update my broadband plan online like my phone. Every now and then someone with a masked phone number calls me and asks for personal details which seems odd (I'm often driving/at work so can't Google the number). Ringing your help desk is a nightmare 🙈

@Hutchnip @VodafoneUK Just down the road in Tring actually. First time experienced it yesterday when it did it from 8pm to 10.30pm. Then again today from 8pm (was fine at 7:30pm).....coincidence....I dont think so. Conveniently the cust svcs lines close at 8pm as well

@PeteW36 @VodafoneUK Well I am on gigafast. Always get 900/900 until Monday night. Me and many others in the area have been getting 10mb down but still good upload. 3 nights on the bounce now. Don't bother with customer services they ask us to do a load of useless troubleshooting

@VodafoneUK I've recently ported a number (from Vodafone payg to vodafone pay monthly). I have a new Iphone 13 with the pay monthly - it still shows the old number under "My Number" and will not let me change it (just reverts back to the old number). Please help - human not Tobi.
