    @VodafoneUK I've on 4 occasions rang your customer care to get my account sorted. I have had no contract sent to me, no username or pin for my account. Your system won't allow my email address to be updated as one of your employee entered it incorrectly. 5 weeks no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK first day being a #vodafonebroadband customer and I could not be more displeased. Upon agreeing to switch I was told “smooth and within minutes you’ll be online” and I actually believed them. I’ve been a mobile customer 8yrs, abandon+change perhaps #CustomerExperience

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @VodafoneUK Despite promises nothing at all has been done since I raised my query. It is really terrible and the worst customer experience I have ever had. It is really shameful that so much money is spent on advertising but you can’t look after our customers. @VodafoneCust

    Hey @VodafoneUK purchased two new phones on pay monthly plans TWO days ago and the SIM cards still haven’t been activated. Just moved to the UK, you have no online contact service and I’m still without a phone

    @VodafoneUK After nearly 10 years and thousands of money and stress spent by being a customer of this company. I decided to leave. And one moment of weakness decision I returned 3 months ago. And I can tell you Hans on heart that I wish I haven’t. Because it’s a completely awful

    @VodafoneUK I upgraded my handset in July 2018 to an iPhone X. The battery started loosing capacity few weeks ago and today I called customer services and asked if I could make an appointment in the Westfield store to have it replaced. The ******* the phone was helpful.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, I’m a home broadband customer on Superfast 2 package. Recently been having issues, my connection would drop around 9/10pm then would come back on 1/2am. Happened few days in a row. Got in contact and booked Openreach engineer. Found no issues on my line.

    @VodafoneUK I renewed my contract and was emailed to say my next bill would be an estimated -£3.96. Instead, it was £111.09. I've been conned. Tried to ask your #Colchester branch about this, but they were utterly uninterested in either me or my complaint. Disgraceful.

    Thank for. I wish I never requested to upgrade now. Should have been an easy transition upgrading to full fibre. Is this how @VodafoneUK conducts business. Do you like to leave your customers without internet service which was caused by your error??

    @VodafoneUK I have spent the last four days on your online chat trying to sort out my account. The latest chat has told me to phone 191 to speak to someone. 191 has just told me to go onto online chat. I’m going round in circles and getting nowhere. Is anyone able to help? 😵‍💫
