    @VodafoneUK I get constant dropped calls from Comoros and Botswana. I report these by text but still the same numbers keep calling. I’ve tried to phone but your IVR system won’t let me speak to a person. Very unhappy about the fact I can’t talk to someone about this. Please help.

    @VodafoneUK please can you remove the “Secure Net” service from my account it’s very disappointing that I requested not to have this feature or service added yet it’s added. And I have to now contact you again 🤨👎🏼

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can you guys tell me why my mobile data keeps disappearing on me. I have roaming and am currently in Germany. Not had this problem beforem I've reset network settings to no avail. After 10 mins or so. It goes. Have to go airplane mode on/off to get it back

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I'm so sorry you've had to go through this, George, and for your mother's passing. I had a very similar experience with Vodaphone, albeit in far less distressing circumstances. Their customer service was atrocious, and I'll never take a contract with them again.

    @VodafoneUK Yes I have checked. Is there anything else you can do? When I try to sign on to My Vodafone it wants to send a text for me to verify my account but my number isn’t working so can’t sign in. Very frustrating.

    @VodafoneUK really disappointed, long term customer and feel let down by a catalogue of errors trying to give you my repeat business for fibre broadband. Despite 2 week delay from 1st engineer visit today you cancel my broadband & tell me the price has gone up as it’s a new order

    @VodafoneUK make it virtually impossible to cancel even expired contracts, we're doing circles. Verbally cancel, receive bill or threat of reclaimation, complain/verbally cancel, receive bill, complain/verbally cancel, receive bill or threat. Customer service is horrific.
