@VodafoneUK I’ve issues with my phone and have warranty and insurance but Vodafone won’t do anything to help. 27 years I’ve been with them and once this contract is over I’m off. I recommend any other phone company than Vodafone who customers services is awful

Piece of **** @VodafoneUK are, moved to them on 20th Dec and been without internet ever since. Calling every day with false promises of fixing the issue each day within 24hrs and NOTHING. Won’t let me cancel, but will happily take my money for NO SERVICE.

@VodafoneUK @myPhilTaylor No I get 2 sms. one, “welcome to cyprus”, then the one about “spend manager” The issue is since I got back on 31/10 I’ve had them 6 times. It just sends then every week or 2, and has been for years.
