Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

@VodafoneUK Would you say £25 is nominal for this service. I wouldn’t! £25 is extortionate for the service that was provided. In fact excellent customer service would have included it for free. Obviously showing you don’t provide excellent customer service!

Trying to resolve the issue and get sense from Vodafone was useless they wanted the name of the person who spoke to me in the shop and I had no idea but would recognise him. @VodafoneUK All in all, it’s the broadband. Although, it’s not so much the service as the administration of the sign up. In short, we were promised a promotional gift (in March/May), which has still not materialised.
