    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    Well thanks @VodafoneUK for nothing. I've been a customer since mid-90s, but with no signal coverage at my home address the past 6 years. Your insistence on using SMS for your 2FA rendered routine tasks impossible, and so you suggested Sure Signal as a way out of my dilemma.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply. Tbh it's back up now anyway. You won't be able to help. It's been the same with 3 isp's. It's intermittent. Would need an openreach engineer sitting outside my house waiting for me to tell them it's down. By time one comes out it's fixed itself. Ta.

    @VodafoneUK after installing broadband at my house 6 months ago thats not worked properly since day 1 and six months of a technician supposedly coming round to fix it and u applied £12 discount last week u now have no records of a complaint from me and want £240 cancellation fee
