    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    Really appreciated the email from @VodafoneUK today saying my bill is going up. It’s not like there’s any more pressing issues at the moment. If only it was as easy to leave as they up their prices.

    @VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.

    @VodafoneUK is there anyone there? Trying to sort my elderly father’s new connection and cannot speak to a human! He’s been left with no working landline. Crucial at his age to have a working phone! Poor service.

    @MaruiNeko33 @VodafoneUK Thanks Souffle.. that's horrible to hear.. i think @GeorgeMonbiot also had the same issue with bills being sent to somebody who was deceased. I can't even imagine what that must feel like..

    Take more cash and have a back up plan. More so maybe consider some alternative to @VodafoneUK I'm currently looking elsewhere and 15 yrs of customer loyalty destroyed by mistakes compounded by the poor staff having to follow systems rather than actually help 9/fin

    I don't have sufficient words to describe how poor the process has been trying to become a @VodafoneUK fibre broadband customer. I have spent 10+ hours in various methods of communication trying to get connected, and paid over £150 for (thus far) zero fibre service. (1/2)

    @JustAnotherYD @VodafoneUK EE but as I was changing Broadband I was able to get a better deal for both together. I've been with T-Mobile who became EE and they were fine so let's see. It seems customer loyalty has no meaning anymore and customer service and basic service levels don't exist anymore.
