    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @VodafoneUK trying to cancel "Secure Net" (inertia selling, naughty) and the Manage Bars page refuses to load on desktop (two browsers) and in the App (which sucks). It just hangs with your logo whirling like a demented water beetle. Been like this for a week. What gives?
