    So @VodafoneUK's WiFi is perfect right up to the point it fails in the middle of a shift and then they can't replace the broken router. I'd avoid tbh. Worst customer service ever.

    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    Were fed up with 0 WiFi now @VodafoneUK constantly on the phone and getting told 24hours all the time and still not on, one of ur supervisors couldn't help as he didn't know what to do!! Absolute disgrace! Been a week now, there's nothing u can do as we're told the same thing!😐

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It is sorted but the frustration is not being able to talk to anyone. I am reasonably tech savvy but what about the elderly or those that find it tricky? You can never speak to anyone without going into store.Its exhausting trying to get in touch.

    @VodafoneUK I have done recharge on my Vodafone number of 129 Rs.Amount deducted from my account but recharge not done on my number. I call customer care of Vodafone but they say we don't know any thing cause they r not able to see any recharge. Very Bogas services

    @brabest316 @VodafoneUK Oh man. 30 days and they will transfer it to PAYG and only then can you move it. Is a joke. Went through it myself recently. Easier to PAC it to a rival network PAYG sim immediately and then PAC it back to Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK what is going on I'm paying £40 pm for mobile wifi. Over summer I was getting 20mbps download speed. Today's result 0.46. This is pathetic thank got its rolling payment. Don't touch these guys it's all talk. And NO WHERE TO GET HELP.
