@VodafoneUK Got sent a replacement Vodafone sim after talking to cust srvs. Still no 5g even going to a few different 5g locations. Put a Three sim in phone and got 5g so not a phone issue. Can I get my Vodafone account deprovisioned/reprovisioned? seems to have fixed other people. thanks

Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies
