    Appalling service @VodafoneUK . New contract 7/1, still no data. 25 minutes on the phone yesterday, promised a call back that never came. Now doing battle with online chat. It shouldn’t be this hard. Thinking of cancelling for breach of contact.

    @SenDrahGaming @VodafoneUK Internet went down last Tuesday morning, did router reset, still nothing. Contacted Vodafone, told me there was 'maintenance' in the area and to wait 2 days, still nothing, swapped routers over, told to wait another day, still nothing. By this time it was the weekend...

It’s not necessarily the staff, it’s the IT systems that fail to deliver. Unfortunately, Vodafone is the only mobile signal available where I live. 😡

    @VodafoneUK Tried to arrange my house move by calling the home move team 3 times so far, been on hold for more than half an hour but the call has been disconnected each time without speaking to anyone...what a poor system
