@VodafoneUK my new iphone 12 max pro was snatched in street in Vauxhall. Unfortunately not insured. Been a customer for over a decade, now have no phone, just a contract to pay for another 23 months. Already have an additional data line. Seems very unfair. @metpoliceuk @Ofcom

@UrServiceBlows Definitely @VodafoneUK deserves worst customer service award. 7 months of blacklisted hell whilst paying full price. No amount of calls, chat, emails made a difference. Contract working again since yesterday after a week of publicly tweeting everything they’ve done!

@VodafoneUK hi lots of issues atm with Vodafone it’s been a week and still no box arriving to send my old iPhone back so I’m not charged an early upgrade fee and now my home broadbands been at a crawl for two days with no update either :(

@VodafoneUK Broadband not working right for last 1w, not at all last 5d. Was told will get sorted within 3 working days, still not. Spent another 1.5hrs today trying to sort, get told Tech Team will be in touch in another 72 hrs. Awful service. So much for "working from home"
