Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

@VodafoneUK Having the internet would be useful, we are with Vodaphone and have had no internet for the best part of 3 weeks! Have logged a complaint the technician was supposed to come yesterday but didn’t, was told it would be tomorrow, now just had a phone call and it will be Tuesday.
