I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

John Saunderson (@Johnsaunderson1) reported@VodafoneUK Once i got through, the transaction took 40 minutes for a simple upgrade. They even went away for 15 minutes to do a credit check on me. Ive been with Vodafone for 30 years. NEVER CHANGED BANK or missed a payment. I even had to disclose my salary. Shocking
