@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@Nice1Nicky @VodafoneUK Had the same issues - Vodafone fail to deliver broadband when we moved and they are shocking getting hold of anyone, only avail in Egypt and India - went to virgin and got broadband in 3 days of applying for cheaper and better service ! ✅

@VodafoneUK will 100% never call you back in 24 hours if they say they are going to. This is our 3rd time and if they call back tomorrow or a manager gets in touch as promised it'll literally be the first time they've ever done so.

@Z_Energy @VodafoneUK Sounds like a common issue here. We have the same thing, been with talktalk 12 years never had a problem. Vodafone 3 months, drops out every day... Response to our complaint... Buy a booster for £40 at our expense!
