So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

55 minutes and still on hold with @VodafoneUK trying to resolve an issue that is potentially impacting the security of my family. Only made more annoying by the fact they only have 2 hold songs in a loop.

@VodafoneUK @suleali I can backup this issue, in the same postcode and barely get a 4g signal if I’m lucky and calls always seem to cutout.
