    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @VodafoneUK been a customer since 2003, my last contact ends on Tuesday, spent a lot of this weekend sorting this out, I’ve had the best experience from customer services ever, no lies, things done as promised. I’d still be a customer if this had happened over the last 18 yrs x

    @VodafoneUK Does the customer care really care for their customers ? About 7 weeks back I had complained about my iPhone (Mobile +44 7706 642163 ) having gotten lost due to phone snatching. I had requested for a blocking of my card and for reissuance of a duplicate SIM card.

    @VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.
