So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

@JamesRedTate @unicornkx @VodafoneUK Leaving their phone network at the end of my contract too. Network coverage is getting worse, reintroduction of roaming charges, and they're such a cheapskate they won't even pay for data coverage on the tube, like every other major network does. Clapped-afone.
