So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@VodafoneUK Same here, service is awful, everything we mention it, we get told that you know about the issue as there have been loads of complaints. We also have our internet with you, when you check the speeds, they are fab, but the signal from the router is awful, had to buy a booster.

@VodafoneUK Hi, it’s all sorted now - but we had 3 iPhones between us - all different models and no 4G for any. I would’ve thought that Prague wouldn’t be an issue for 4G?!

@VodafoneUK I’m never gonna use you again in America the internet connection has been shocking almost getting left in places I had to connected to Wi-Fi from restaurants and bars bought a new phone thinking this would be great I would have no issues forget that dnt use in usa
