@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

Poor @VodafoneUK recruitment experience. Told directly by smiling interviewer and I quote "There was nothing you could improve, that was excellent." Still rejected after multiple months of prior interview process based on that interview. Don't tell people perfect isn't enough.

Still trying to cancel our zombie account with @VodafoneUK. Helpful Twitter staff asked us to fill in a form - answer "cancellations not handled by the Fraud Department" and directed us back to the broken security reset form (not W3C compliant). No way of cancelling #Genius

Had a good time with @VodafoneUK this week; called up to fix my broadband price for the next year and Jonathan in support actually *reduced* my bill by £4 a month for 2 years! Never had that with any broadband provider before. Good stuff!

Hey @VodafoneUK why is it my internet is so slow it’s like being on dial up. With the amount I spend a month and also with my device being an iPhone 12 I would expect my 4g to be quicker than this it’s bloody shocking. Before you even ask yes I have done the advice on line

@VodafoneUK My mi-fi SIM is slow. Tried the router SIM in 2 different phones, Slow. Tried 2 phone SIMs in the router and it's OK, the router is fine, the phones and phone SIMs are fine, it's the SIM that goes in the router that is causing problems. Have you throttled the account speed back?

@VodafoneUK disgusting service, cancelled broadband contract instead of moving it to new property. Wont reinstate unless new 2 year contract taken. Told to buy a sim and they will give 30 days unlimited broadband until sorted. Then denied it. Shame on u Vodafone!
