    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

    @VodafoneUK Nothing happened . Internet slowed ( didn’t stop ) I called Vodafone I was spun a story so I reconfigured everything only to find it’s an openreach local issue then I complained in public because we are left high & dry during lockdown

    @VodafoneUK switched to Vodafone broadband 6 weeks ago, from sky. Never been stable and they are unable to send an engineer to fix it! Unless! Every time you call they expect you to monitor for 72 hours! Really!! 😡

    Trying to get help out of @VodafoneUK once you've left, without calling them is impossible. I don't want to wait for hours in a queue! I just want them to accurately update my credit file 🙄

    Lesson learnt today: Never deal with @VodafoneUK again. Rubbish customer service, every agent doesn’t know their own policies properly and they charge you 3 times the money they promise. Splendid #badcustomerservice #vodafonesucks
