    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @VodafoneUK never been I been so disappointed. What a joke. You do not know the meaning of ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ after many yrs with you I stupidly started a new contract in Dec, because of the shocking service I cancelled & yet you took 2 payments, it is impossible to get a refund

    @VodafoneUK disgusting service to vulnerable adult. 2 months and not been able to speak to anyone. Chat function doesn’t assist. Phone numbers are not answered or machine states department not available. You’ve just sent final demand letter, number provided ‘not available’

    @RobaFett1898 @VodafoneUK Same here, gfs on EE and don't have many issues, I on the other hand on Vodafone, have constant issues with poor signal, reception. I'll be leaving Vodafone for EE next week once my phone arrives, and I'm out of contact too, plus I got a cheaper deal with EE
