So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@pitlanescoop @VodafoneUK Not sure theres a great provider of anything anymore but ee have decent coverage if hour not upgrading your handset the sim only plans arnt bad and you usually get a geordie when you call them in

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Dave, you and your fellow cultists have helped cause the deaths of 10s of 1000s of UK citizens and ensured that the UK has the worst hit economy in Europe. Being kept waiting on the phone for a few hours is least of your problems.

After being on hold for over an hour to @VodafoneUK to fix my broadband that has been down for 4 days, I’ve been told I must wait a further 3 working days before tech support will even begin to look into the issue. All while I am required to continue to pay for the service.@Ofcom
