I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

Mark Simpson (@markafcb) reported@SueCasanove @VodafoneUK Disconnect all wires except power and restart router. The problem is with the Vodafone servers and your router thinks it’s connected correctly, so 4G will not kick in. If you just have the power connected the 4G will work
