  So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

  @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

  @VodafoneUK Not true ! Phone is not compatible with wifi text but can do wifi calling. No solution to the problem of a crap network signal. I do not want to waste money doing an unnecessary upgrade just to receive text over wifi so I will just have to give up ever accessing my account @ home

  @virginmedia 2/2 going to tot up how much I now pay you per month for allmy device data plans and home broadband and decide if perhaps @VodafoneUK is a better choice. I was away this weekend no signal or slow all weekend but the @VodafoneUK users were flying.
