  @VodafoneUK is your broadband down as well, as mine is not working. Tried ringing Vodafone and it just keep saying "sorry the team is not here now" I pay for pro 2 with the dongle and that's not even working too.

  @VodafoneUK looks like @bt_uk are having issues which is affecting your customers too! Home broadband showing no Internet access - hundreds of reports over on their page. Not to do with Facebook outage. From reports, seems to be effecting Huawei the most.

  @VodafoneUK @mattypitt1986 I've done the DM at your request (Mark) and no one has responded. There are many of us with the same issue here! I'd like to speak to someone about finishing my account now... I've had 11 months of this! 🤬
