    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. It says there are no issues yet no one at work can get mobile data in or out doors. Other networks seem to be unaffected

    @VodafoneUK no mobile phone Internet in the Ne10 area of Gateshead for around 6 weeks. Affecting lots of my colleagues on Vodafone too. Is there an issue?

    Having spent 3.5 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK yesterday & 2 calls today so far & getting nowhere because customer service is not in the UK & their broadband/call provider is not even #Vodafone ....I'm not impressed. @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Which #broadband CS is in the UK?

    @VodafoneUK shame on you! My son is trying to leave his ‘SIM only’ contract as he’s a student & not able to afford his tariff and in the middle of a cost of living crisis you want to charge him £246.10 to terminate early. Outrageous! Please explain how you can justify this cost?

    @VodafoneUK I have spent all morning trying to cancel my mobile wifi. another morning I wont get back, I also wante4d to change to a business account for the 3 numbers I have with V but have so far been unable to talk to an actual person! 20 minutes in and O2 have offered me 3

    @VodafoneUK are saying no issues with site even though zero signal. Interestingly @O2 also use the same mast & they have confirmed that the site is down and is being worked on. I'm told to "wait 24 hours" I mean come on! Time to look at another network! @O2 any good SIMO deals?
