    @VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    I know that companies don’t like customers cancelling contracts, but @VodafoneUK take it to a new level. My contract expires on 7 June, but as the payments are in advance, the final payment comes off around 17 May. I thought, I’ll cancel the account today, and even with 30 days..

    Why do big companies feel they must have a stupid corporate strapline? The latest is @Vodafoneuk with its "Together we can". Can what? Make a phone call? Make an omelette? Make my hair grow again? Make the potholes disappear? These straplines are completely pointless.

    @VodafoneUK as an existing customer I’ve taken up an offer sent to me by yourselves to upgrade to pro for £30 a month. Just received an email telling me I’m paying £37 a month !

    @VodafoneUK Hi Mo, ok, so I just select"I want to move from Pay as you go to Pay monthly" and complete the form? There is no reason to obtain a PAC from Voxi? Will this also cease my service with Voxi and no further payments will be taken? Thanks

    Robo/spam calls from 07917 2774xx numbers coming in every day at the mo. @VodafoneUK I think this might be on your network, based on the 07917 prefix?

    @VodafoneUK do you think it’s ok to take money out of my account, then say you’ll credit it as you made an error and never bother? 17 phone calls later and still nothing… can’t even get through on the phone as well… 1hr 51m later still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK To add, I am yet to purchased my Vodafone monthly, as I was unsure if I could port from voxi to vodafone as Voxi uses the Vodfone network and i think same network ports are not possible?
