@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@BransbyLeah @VodafoneUK Probably a browser issue with your IOS device or the Vodafone website. Try the option to view desktop version. I had a similar issue on my Android handset or simply try using a different device if you have one (PC or tablet)

@VodafoneUK please put Wi-Fi back on TFL Underground stations. Every company has a Wi-Fi service - from Three to O2 to EE - why not Vodafone? I will leave if in the next months this will stay the same. 2022 and I feel back in 2002.
