Pretty typical service from @VodafoneUK . Turned up at local store (20 minutes each way on bike) after email to say phone ready to collect. Store staff said they couldn't action because it hadn't been "booked in" as there system was down. No idea what that now means.

  • AlecWood AlecWood (@AlecWood) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK "I understand she's deceased but only she can cancel the account because of data protection rules" is what we got when we tried to cancel my late mother's, but I haven't got your platform, heartless @VodafoneUK know we can't make enough noise for many people to notice

  • IdiotsOfTwitr Idiotsoftheinternet (@IdiotsOfTwitr) reported

@VodafoneUK I spent at least 50 hours on calls with your back office trying to resolve it. I’m convinced Vodafone have a deliberate internal policy of wasting customer’s time until they give up. Disgraceful customer service.

  • Moulesy23 David Moules (@Moulesy23) reported

Did my upgrade yesterday with @VodafoneUK , got told to look forward to my new iPhone arriving today. Then wake up to a email saying , my phones not in stock and I have to wait, but no estimated time, call Vodafone , get told I have to cancel upgrade and do again but have to wait

  • matthewcashmore Fr. Matthew Cashmore (@matthewcashmore) reported

Dear @VodafoneUK I've tried very hard to stay with you for my home broadband, but your website won't let me upgrade without speaking to the call centre, which directs me to the website, which sends me to the noisiest call centre on the planet... who can't help me. 1/2

  • KevinThurston11 Yip Bloody Yip #GTTO (@KevinThurston11) reported

@VodafoneUK Wow. You’ve really upset George Mombiot. Seems you are a rather **** company. Also you haven’t heard the last from him or the many thousands you have damaged. You seem to be like TalkTalk. ****.

  • apolkov (((Alex Polkovsky))) ♿🇨🇦 (@apolkov) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Cable modem on the fritz? Get 2 extra channel bundles or get our credit card! Need to access your term savings? Here's your new fee-based service to go with that! The richer the jerk gets, the jerkier the jerk gets. 2/2

  • Ramblingjan Jan McFarland-Hayhur (@Ramblingjan) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The network provider my late husband used suggested I keep his phone number for sentimental reasons! As if having his phone number made up for losing him during a pandemic!

  • Moulesy23 David Moules (@Moulesy23) reported

(Continued) 24 hours before I can do again for different colour phone. A total ******* shambles , charlatans. Awful customer service. Why was I told phone was in stock to then get email saying not in stock. @VodafoneUK

  • Laura_1927 Laura (@Laura_1927) reported

@VodafoneUK £20 for a few months then you increase it, add on the roaming charges and it’s an awful deal
