@VodafoneUK Sorry Jay, so you’re saying waiting 10 days for anything what shouldn’t be longer than 3 days is normal! This is a vicious circle! Easier just cancel all our contracts tomorrow!

So you may have a good network and plans but your customer service via @VOXI_UK and @VodafoneUK is seriously awful! I’ve had reason to move to another network and my wife will undoubtedly follow after a shocking episode of failed customer service!

@jerryandbens @VodafoneUK Got you by the crown jewels mate . I'm with ee and Lisa and Aiden O2 and they have pulled tricks like this over last 5 years so there all at it . Bad time thou can't believe Vodafone didn't bring an ad out saying they will freezeit for 3 months . Not coming across very thoughtful

@VodafoneUK City Fibre came out to install yesterday. They said there was an issue and they would be back before 1pm. They never came back/called me and now i have no broadband as i cancelled my old supplier to move to Vodafone. It's been 38 hour so far without Home BB

@VodafoneUK Yes I did sign up for the update. There’s always a problem with your network. It was only a few weeks ago that there was an issue with Twitter, and before that there was a previous issue in this area. Soon as my contract ends, I’m off to EE

@VodafoneUK Yet it took you 5 months and about 30 hrs on the phone talking to incompetent robotic staff ,to sort my account out , 20 years I've been a customer and my contract is up in 10 days , let's see what you do for loyal customers , Lets see if I will be requesting my PAC code. Xxx

@VodafoneUK I can’t belive I have just gone on chat and I asked if handset price could be wavered or delivery charge and I was told no so I said I would look else where and all the lady reply was okay and ended the chat if that’s good service then it in the wrong profession
